"Very good specially for the price. 30 min from Zion visitor center and lots of food options nearby. room was very spacious and had what I needed. Self check in and check out, they will send you a code for the door lock. Didn’t come across any staff and asked WiFi password and no one answered. My only complain is that the fridge wasn’t cleaned from previous guest and there was sand on the couch"

"This was our home base for the SW Utah parks. We were very pleased to call this home for 5 nights. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean with high-end finishing, and the setting was beautiful. It is about an hour drive to Zion and Kanab, and about 2 hours to Bryce Canyon, but the time in the car was worth it for the gorgeous setting of this home. The only downside is that there is little privacy, as the bedrooms are all connected. This was okay for us as we were traveling with our children, but it may be less ideal if multiple couples are traveling together. Overall, I would highly recommend if you are looking for a serene, quiet place to stay and don’t mind driving to the parks!"
