Die Fewo Onkel Theodor ist super gelegen. 4 Minuten bis zum Hafen/Zentrum mit den Restaurants und Läden. Da es gleich am Stadtrand ist, musste ich nur eine Straße überqueren um an der Küste im Naturschutzgebiet zu joggen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert. Das W-LAN war schnell genug, jedoch etwas instabil. Einige Haken im Badzimmer, echte Kaffeelöffel statt Plastiklöffel und vielleicht noch ein Tiefkühler für Selbstversorger wären toll. Für herausragende 5 Sterne fehlt das gewisse Extra, daher geben wir (da 4 1/2 Sterne nicht möglich sind) sehr gute 4 Sterne.

Ferienwohnung Onkel Theodor in Husum

Unseren Urlaub in Husum haben wir sehr genossen. Von der ideal gelegenen Ferienwohnung aus konnte man alles recht zeitnah erreichen, ohne lange Fußmärsche. Die Ferienwohnung selber ist ein Altbau, die Wasserhähne und die Kaffeemaschine schienen uns aber sehr stark verkalkt (Kaffeemaschine benötigt für 6 Tassen Kaffee 1/2 h). Aber das schlimmste an dieser Wohnung war wohl die Warmwasser-Aufbereitung durch eine Gastherme. Es war nicht möglich eine geregelte Temperatur einzustellen. Duschen oder Haarewaschen entweder eiskalt oder kochend heiß. Unregelmäßiger Wasserdruck: kalt hoher Druck / warm sehr wenig Druck machen das alles zum Abenteuer.

Alles sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet , die Wohnung, sehr großzügig, ohne Tadel!!!!, Spülmachschine wäre schön gewesen, war auch so angekündigt im Portal.... Der Aussenbreich im Hof hat uns bei unserer Ankunft etwas erschrecken lassen, aber da ist ja Besserung in Aussicht in absehbarer Zeit!!!! Wenn die Whg. im EG fertig ist.
