The only “complaint” would be that only one pool was open at a time-even though they have both an indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel and grounds were well kept. I was worried about noise given the proximity to the airport but that wasn't bad. "

"We booked this room at the last minute for a quick getaway. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and clean the room was. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way for guests. Everything in the room was upgraded. The inn is in the middle of downtown Hyannis, walking distance to everything including the harbor. The only downsides were their restaurant is closed down (there are plenty of amazing restaurants in town) and I read the inn is going to be converted to upscale apartments in 2026. I hope not because we would love to return for another stay. "

"Very quiet. A bit away but still walkable. Walked to ferries, bars, restaurants, etc. Nice amenities and service. "

"The hotel didn't seem like much from the outside but it was great! Rooms were very up to date and clean. Window on each side gave a nice cross breeze and AC worked really well. Pools were great. Staff was friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!"
