This cottage is in a great location for walking the beach, dining, shopping or just relaxing! Walk to Sea St. Beach and Keyes beach which is only120 steps from your door. This two-bedroom cottage can sleep 6 and is the perfect vacation spot. All Bed linens and Bath Towels are included. Enjoy the lovely ocean views and breathtaking sunsets from your deck. Our cottage is great for children of all ages. So close to the beach, you can hear the waves. The cottage features AC throughout, LED TVs in living and bedrooms, Blue ray DVD player, Strong WI-FI signal, and a fully equipped kitchen with a standard coffee maker. Sleeps 6 on 1 king, 2 twins and 1 queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The beach is perfect for children. It is a sandy beach, calm waters, warm temps and is rarely crowded. There is a pool onsite which is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Hours may change at any given notice pending weather or employee availability. There are many restaurants and shopping within one mile from the cottage. Take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket via the Ferry that is very close by. The cottage is located centrally on Cape Cod and is the perfect location for day trips to anywhere on the Cape including Provincetown. Sorry! No Pets..

We love coming here!! It is a great location. The cottage is lovely - nicely decorated, very well maintained, and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The owners are very helpful and do whatever they can to make your visit perfect. We will be back again!!

A Perfect Cape Cod Vacation Location

I can't even imagine a more perfect location, a more adorable cottage, and a more responsive owner. We spent a week and visited up and down the coast, hitting the high spots knowing we had a clean, comfortable vacation rental waiting. I would love to return someday!

We have been coming to the Cape off and on for 35 years and this is 100% the best place we have stayed at. It was clean, comfortable, steps from the beach, ocean view and in a very quiet neighborhood! My 6 yr old granddaughter loved the pool! Working with Tom the owner was pleasant and he was easy to talk too! We definitely would rent from him again and stay at this cottage.

We love the beach in winter!

To stay a block from the beach and look out the window at the water is the ultimate vacation! Even in winter this place is warm and inviting! The hosts are caring and communicative - just the best! This cottage lets you do just that

Amazing location

The property was in a great location just steps from the beach and a short walk from Main Street. Check in was very easy and the property manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay at this location again!

Nice comfy place to stay near the beach!

This was a very nice, clean and comfortable place for my sister and I to stay to enjoy the Cape Cod experience We had a great stay here! It was drivable in day trips to all of the activities we wanted to do! (Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard, lighthouses, Ptown, etc.). Highly recommend!

Fantastic Cottage close to the Beach!

We love our stay at this cottage in Cape Cod! It was perfect for a family of five, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Not only was Tom extremely responsive but the rental was very clean and we just loved it.

Beautiful cottage

This was a great little cottage for our trip. Close to the beach and walking distance to town. Everything was immaculate and cleaned very well. The cottage came with everything you could need.

A Lovely Hyannis Cottage

A late April getaway was enhanced by staying in this lovely cottage. It was wonderful ‘coming home’ to after a busy day exploring Cape Cod. The cottage is cosy and clean with a well-equipped kitchen - exactly what we want in a vacation rental. Communication was timely and efficient from start to finish. Thank you, Tom!

Perfect Getaway

Tom’s vacation rental is exactly as advertised. Our family of 5 just enjoyed a perfect, week long stay and were extremely happy with the cleanliness and amenities offered. The home is was truly steps from a beautiful family friendly beach, and close enough to Main Street to take a longer walk, or 2-3 minute drive, to dozens of restaurants and shops. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful spot in the future, and the whole family was sad to see our week long adventure end.

Perfect location

We wanted to stay near the ocean and be able to walk to dinner, etc. It was perfect for our weekend. We had perfect weather to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the deck. It was quiet and peaceful. We were able to walk the beach and then town for shopping and dinner. The place was cute and perfect for the two of us. Tom was wonderful to work with. We are hoping to come back again.

Comfortable and Convenient

Clean. Great location. Steps to beach. Easy access to stores, shops and restaurants. Deck with afternoon sun. Easy parking. (Early Spring stay, so cannot comment about the pool as it was closed, nor the BBQ since it was not yet available...which was unfortunate, given the great weather.) Would recommend and return!

Hyannis walk to beach

Everything was very nice. Great location. We were very disappointed that the beach was closed to swimming due to ecoli etc. That was the entire reason for the booking. To be able to walk to the beach and not have to pack the car and pay the $25 parking fees! I realize that’s out of people’s hands, but it was still disappointing.

Didn’t want to leave

Tom was an awesome host! Adorable cottage, steps away from the beach. You are minutes from the ferry, downtown, and other amenities. Can I tell you how clean Tom’s cottage was? So cute, light and airy. Tom anticipated every need you could think of to make us comfortable. We definitely will be back!

A central delight

Centrally located, with a cozy little beach just steps away and easy day trips all over the Cape (literally; we spent days in Ptown and an afternoon in New Bedford; everything is in easy reach) this cottage was a delightful home for our family of four for a week. The kitchen packs everything you could ever need into the space, the bedrooms are perfectly arranged for comfort, the deck is a delightful meal space. The pool was so much fun for the kids— everything was so very smooth thanks to a most thoughtful host. Thanks for a great week!

We stayed at this house for a weekend, my 2 sisters and brother-in-law. The house it’s self is clean very comfortable. Easy. Access, bed are comfortable,, You can see the beach from the deck. The beach it’s self is very clean with in walking distance . The sunrises and sunsets on the deck were beautiful and peaceful. The owner was super nice easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a great relaxing vacation, I will definitely be back

4th of July Week

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Barnstable. The walk to the teach could not be beat and even on the busy 4th of July weekend, it was not overcrowded. The beach has the perfect temperature and has amazing sandbars you can walk in the morning. The location on the Cape was perfect and we explored the cape from Brewster and Harwich all the up to the Race Point Beach in P-town. The house was also conveniently located to the ferry, which we took and explored Nantucket. I could not have been a better week. From vineyards to the Cape Cod League games, it was an awesome experience. We definitely we be repeat renters, in hopefully the near future.

Great Cape getaway!

The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for a family of 4. It included everything we needed, and then some! Beautiful view of the ocean from master bedroom, living room and deck. You can fall asleep to the sound of the waves and the scent of ocean air. Keyes Beach was just steps away, and the water was warm even in mid-June. My only complaint is not about the actual property but about Keyes Beach. Halfway through our trip we were informed by the Barnstable County water quality department that the beach would be closed for swimming due to high levels of bacteria. We were informed by the water quality program coordinator that this happens often at this beach due to poor drainage. However, there were 2 other nice beaches both within a 3 minute drive from the house! We were also less than a mile from Main St. where all the restaurants, shops, etc. are.

The house is a perfect place to stay. Close to the beach and the town of Hyannis. An ideal location for discovering the Cape Cod area. We felt relaxed and comfortable when we were there.
