This prime waterfront location is convenient to all waterfront activities including Aselton park with summer concerts, Kalmus beach, Main Street shopping, ferries and waterfront dining all within walking distance. Start the morning with stunning sunrises and a short walk through the picturesque neighborhood to the harbor for a coffee. Relax on the waterside deck or down by the beach and take in views of the passing yachts. Walk down to some of the best restaurants on the Cape or grill by the water while enjoying the large yard. An abundance of water activities including kayaking, paddleboarding, boating(boat rentals available), swimming and fishing directly from the dock.
