"While the accommodation was ok and spacious, but there were hardly any amenities! For an entire apartment, there were not a single serving glasses, plates the kitchen was empty. Not even a microwave. Someone staying there I hope is not expected to bring vessels or basic stuff while travelling. We were a group of friends getting together, but other than nice beds to sleep there was nothing! We could have got a much cheaper accommodation elsewhere. "

Their personalized attention and commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience were truly remarkable. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Venkat, Mr. Srinu, and Mr. Bhupal Reddy for their impeccable service, genuine hospitality, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. "I booked two rooms for four adults and two children. During check-in, the manager informed me that I had to pay an additional charge because the children were not included in the reservation. This was unexpected and felt unfair, as the booking details were not clearly communicated beforehand. Additionally, the check-in process took about 30 minutes, which was longer than expected and added to the inconvenience."
