Guests have access to the entire Penthouse, amenities and all common area facilities including lift and the apartment is having 24-hour security and watchman services.

When you arrive you’ll be greeted by our friendly guest manager, who will show you around, hand over keys and answer any questions you have.

The cleaning fee covers your departure clean and 2 cleans per week during your stay. You will always check-in to a clean apartment and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee and also electricity and internet usage.

HOUSE RULES

Please take note of some simple guidelines:
No pets allowed. No big parties or events allowed. No smoking inside the house or apartment premises but smoking allow only in the open to sky area in the penthouse. No alcohol allowed.
No commercial photography and filming allowed. No unregistered guests allowed. Turn off lights, fans, TV& AC, when you go out. Garbage pickup, every next day morning. Lock the doors after leaving. A foldable single bed with mattress available for the third or additional guest which can be accommodate in the living hall. Please be respectful of this family residential property & the neighbors, at all times during your stay.
