In a secure residence with a swimming pool, in the heart of the port of Hyères on the Giens peninsula and a short walk from shops, beaches and the pier: Porquerolles, Port Cros and Le Levant. This 40 m² studio is the ideal place for a seaside holiday. Bright and comfortable, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, with all the charm of the marina at your fingertips.

Welcome to HYEPHI:
The south-east facing apartment is located on the 4th floor and is bright and fully equipped. It comprises a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a dining area and a bay window opening onto the terrace, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with WC.
For your comfort, the accommodation has 4 electric hobs, an electric oven, a microwave, a table-top refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a television and garden furniture. Linen is not provided but can be hired on site, and end-of-stay cleaning is compulsory. The studio is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
