Escape to Hyères in this charming 100 m² Provençal house, nestled between the sea and countryside. Ideally located less than 10 minutes from shops and the most beautiful beaches, it offers you privacy and comfort for an unforgettable stay under the Var sun.



Spacious and bright, the house can accommodate up to 6 people. It features a master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a second bedroom with two single beds, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. You will also find a modern bathroom, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room, with a television, is perfect for relaxing after your outings.



Outside, enjoy a private, tree-lined garden, ideal for outdoor meals or peaceful moments. For your leisure, a ping-pong table is available, as well as a shared pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring.



Hyères, a jewel of the Côte d’Azur, delights with its Mediterranean climate, sandy beaches, and preserved landscapes. Just minutes from the house, discover the Golden Islands, including Porquerolles with its crystal-clear waters. Nature lovers will enjoy the trails of Port-Cros National Park and the exceptional views of the Massif des Maures. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Two private parking spaces are included for a worry-free stay. Bed linen and towels are not provided.
