Comfortable Air-conditioned, 3rd floor without lift, view of hills, kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 comfortable bedroom BZ for 2pers, bathroom bath shower, washing machine, separate toilet. Near train station (5 minutes walk), shops, parks (olbius Riquier, city centre, old castle, villa Noailles, cork oak forest, old salt marsh beaches, the Almanare and its pink flamingos and its 30 kms beaches for swimming and windsurfing or boating, the peninsula of GIENS and its creeks, the island of Porquerolles, sightseeing on foot, by car, by bus, by bike numerous cycle paths, to the Salins, Giens, the golden islands, the Lavandou, Hyères 30 km of beach, favourite sports on the beach of Almanarre, kitesurfers and windsurfers etc...

Das Haus in dem sich die Ferienwohnung befindet macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Parkplätze hinter dem Haus sind durch Beschrankung geschützt. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Grösstes Manko ist der nicht vorhandene Internetanschluss. Dieses Detail war mir bei der Buchung entgangen.

L'appartamento un po' ancien, ma dotato di tutto l'occorrente. I proprietari molto carini e disponibili, il signore parla italiano. Appartamento al terzo piano, non c'è ascensore.

Appartamento di grande dimensione con un arredamento un po' datato. Note dolenti: non c'era il wi-fi e lo stabile non aveva l'ascensore.

Proprietari gentili e disponibili, alloggio vicino alle spiagge alle isole e al bel parco di hyeres. Aria condizionata comodo parcheggio condominiale e lavatrice. Il terrazzo affaccia su di una via un po' rumorosa ma la camera è silenziosa
