Disappointing, did not stay

It must has been a beautiful home 50 years ago but today it is a run down large house with slim mattress, large holes in the curtains, board panel on the bedroom windows which made it impossible to open and the house had so many mosquitoes! I did not stay there. It is well located one block from the sea but in dire needs of a renovation.

A éviter absolument !

Attention, cette maison est à éviter à tout prix !! Ne vous laissez pas influencer par les avis positifs précédents, non vérifiés et sans doute frauduleux. La proximité de la plage ne permet pas de compenser les problèmes de cette maison trop nombreux pour être tous nommés ici (nb limité de caractères) : grande saleté (pieds noirs au bout de 30 minutes, araignées et leurs toiles à gogo, vitres sales à ne pas laisser passer la lumière), cuisine est au 1er étage, à l’opposé de la terrasse…terrasse dont l’accès par l’intérieur se fait via la chambre des enfants (super dès qu’ils dorment !), multiples dangers (prises qui sortent du mur, tringles à rideau non fixées qui vous tombent dessus quand vous tentez de tirer les rideaux), matériel de cuisine de fortune (1 quart de planche en bois pour couper les légumes, unique économe sans manche), draps et serviettes rapés au point de penser qu’ils sont ensablés (en fait bouloches, piqués de moisi et sentant le croupi), odeur de moisi dans les chambres (qui empire avec la chaleur qui monte), vétusté de la maison (murs qui partent en miettes, meubles dont les portes tombent, plinthes qui se décrochent), « pack fun » qui l’est si vous aimez regonfler ou réparer les pneus crevés ou le paddle, douche écossaise si vous avez le malheur d’utiliser de l’eau à 2 endroits différents, pas de plancha en plus d’un machine qui tourne ou c’est le disjoncte assuré, et on en passe… Bref, passez votre chemin !

Séjour très agréable mais un bémol sur le besoin de rafraîchissement

Nous avons séjourné dans la villa hamac en famille avec des enfants de 3 et 5 ans en avril 2023. La propriété était très propre à notre arrivée et la communication avec le gérant sur place était parfaite. Le monsieur en charge de la maison a répondu à toutes nos demandes et est d'une grande gentillesse. La propriété est très bien située et la répartition des pièces idéales. L'extérieur est également très agréable. Les équipements ménagers sont très bien également. Un seul bémol est à mettre sur la vétusté de certains équipements type casserole, sèche cheveux, porte des placards de cuisine qui ne ferment plus... équipements qui mériteraient grandement d'être remplacés. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un séjour très agréable dans cette villa lumineuse et encore une fois très bien située. Encore merci à Bruno pour son accueil.

Hyeres beaches and beyond

Casa Hamac was very comfortable and spacious with all the amenities for enjoying the nearby beaches. The sun porch was my favorite for enjoying a cooling breeze from the hot Mediterranean afternoons. We took full advantage of the bicycles and rode to several beaches nearby. The host was readily available with advice on places to visit. An A++ visit and we hope to return someday!!

Gute Lage, Zustand verbesserbar.

Das Haus ist in einer sehr guten Lage, nur ca. 50 m vom Sandstrand entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr abgewohnt und schlecht gepflegt. Der Zustand einzelner Zimmer war gut weil etwas renoviert, andere Zimmer wiederum waren sehr abgewohnt und schmutzig. Dazu kommen defekte Möbelstücke, Küchengeräte und viel zu wenig Handtücher für die gebuchten 9 Personen. Positiv fanden wir das Bereitstellen von Fahrrädern und eines Standup Paddle Boards. Alles zusammen, war der Preis den wir in der ersten Woche Nebensaison bezahlt haben, viel zu hoch.

Maison familiale très lumineuse avec différent espaces ou se poser. Agréable cheminée pour soirées d’hiver. Sebastien a été hyperreactif pour nous accueillir et nous conseiller. Fonctionnel. Bonne literie. Vélos à disposition, plage a 100 mètres. Bref un séjour réussi!

Très bien située, la maison est très bien agencee.

La maison est très bien située à 50 mètres d'une plage très sympa, les pièces de vie très agréables sont à l'étage d ou l'on peut apercevoir la mer et l'île de Proquerole et le lever de soleil. Les pièces sont spacieuses, le jardin et la terrasse avec la cuisine d'été sont très calmes. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, et merci à Sébastien. La région est magnifique avec une balade de 2 km sur Aygades le long de mer à 2metres de l eau c'est extra aussi la nuit grâce à l'éclairage trop bien. La villa hamac est à recommandée par ses nombreux atouts.
