"The location is excellent, right on the beach. The rooms are large and clean, very good condition and with a private bath. We also had a nice balcony to enjoy the wonderful sunset. The roof top baths are also very nice with a great view to the beach and surrounding area. We would have preferred the water temperature to be a bit hotter. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. "We had a great stay at the Croom hotel. Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing and the spa in the hotel was fantastic.
The hotel is in a great location - we loved the park area near the hotel (look for the Eiffel Tower style TV tower) where there were great shops and restaurants.
Of note, several reviews mention that the hotel is in a noisy area but there was no noise issues at all during our stay. "
