"did not have breakfast, bathroom door handle was loose and did not try closing the door because we were afraid to get locked in. Bathroom tiles were damaged. Elevator was very very scary to use. My wife refused to go back in after our first and only ride. The elevator would bounce when starting and arriving. Hotel also needs better parking options. "

"At check-in, there was an intense cigarette smell everywhere. Countrrtop, glassware and furniture were dirty. 2 chairs were broken. Communicated the issues with Management on multiple times; by phone, text messages and online. Got no « real person » replies and nobody came to check on the issues or offered options to fix the problems. Very disapointed about the facility and the poor support"
