Everything was brand new, air conditioning (highly appreciated when temperatures outside are 35-40 degrees C). Very easy to check in/out. We felt that we were very welcomed, they put a lot of work to make us feel in the same time as being at home and in a highly rated hotel. My boys were very happy...
