"The views are absolutely amazing. The staff are all very welcoming and the rooms are beautiful, clean, and just perfect for a couple wanting some alone, yet luxurious time. The place is only 7 minutes from the town square and accessible by jeep wheely, car, motorcycle, and even horseback. "No hot water after 10:00pm, some of the staff not well trained, not polite, no good customer service. Internal phone lines to call reception is connected to internet, when service breaks down, you are on your onw in the room without phone access which is a safety hazard. Internet service is unstable. Not a good value for money, I would not stay there again."

"Good value for price. The room that we got had a window facing into the courtyard, just behind stairs. No air conditioning but the room was neat and clean. Convenient to walk everywhere in the town. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Panorama Salento! Great location, can easily walk into town but avoid any noise. The included breakfast is delicious. Beautiful grounds and nice rooms! We had a jacuzzi which was so lovely but the hot water runs out before it's filled and it took a long time to fill. Also the sink isn't the best design so water gets everywhere. Overall, would recommend. "
