The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great very near at the Train Station. "Negative first: the breakfast they offer is a voucher for a cafe in the nearby train station. Not in the hotel. The curtains in the room don't block enough light. Beyond those things, this is an excellent upscale Japanese business hotel. Very clean. Modern TV. Bigger modular bathroom. Comfortable beds. Excellent location. Great staff. "
