Basic hotel in a very central and convenient location. Room was good size and clean, I already knew this before booking, but just for all travelers' information, this hotel is in Kabukicho which is in the middle of a ton of love hotels.

A nice place to stay and will stay there again next year. Only drawback was a constant drain smell in the bathroom. The staff tried to fix it with drain cleaner and that helped but didn’t totally remove the smell. Still a nice place to stay.

Rooms were very nice, a decent size and bed super comfortable. Staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. Rooftop onsen was amazing, giving great views of Tokyo with free ice lolly’s once you come out. Although we didn’t try the restaurant I heard very good things and there is a 7-eleven directly across from the hotel when you need a late night snack etc. Location was great, little walk to the closest subway station but main shinjuku area very close by with the Golden Gai bars also within a short walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay here!
