A wonderful place in a spectacular setting
The house is set in a a hill overlooking the ocean with magnificent views that constantly invite you to relax and enjoy. The house is more that what I expected in a truly ibizenco style, roomy and with all the amenities that we needed. We had a spectacular time celebrating my birthday and the new year among friends and look forward to repeat a stay at this wonderful place in the future. Daniel and Antonio where always available and attended to our requests promptly and efficiently.

Such a great villa
We had an amazing stay. Such a beautiful spot. Its a remote area of the island but everything is reachable by taxi or car. We were left alone to do our thing and had a fantastic time. Every time we walked outside we felt blessed by the view, absolutely gorgeous. There isn't really any phone signal and unfortunately, a storm had taken out the wifi whilst we were there. If connectivity is super important to you that could be an issue but we really enjoyed switching off from everything

Ibiza special hideaway
Having spent a lovely week in Ibiza the villa was the idea place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings ! Very spacious in size the beds were comfortable plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for our party of 10 .Antonio the owner was very helpful dealing with all my queries swiftly from sorting out a cook to provide us lunch one day at the villa , recommending local restaurants to eat at ? Giving us tips to grocery shop at the bigger supermarkets that offer better pricing than the local places which proved good advice ! Dealing with taxis was also a very useful asset as it can be hard finding them without being in the know . On a slight down side some of the bathroom are suffering with a bit of lime scale buildup and could do with a bit of TLC ? But overall a lovely place to stay if your looking for a quite restful holiday on this most beautiful side of the island it would be hard to find a better villa !! Many thanks to all those who looked after us !!

Amazing stay at Can Avy!
We absolutely loved our stay at the beautiful house on the beautiful island! The modern house has a stunning view of the ocean and amazing infinity pool. A fantastic house for large groups with plenty of generous bedrooms and living spaces.

A stunning villa
The views from this villa are really extraordinary - better than in the pictures! It is amazing to wake up to that view, and spend the day by the pool. The rooms are all great too, though be aware they are spread over several flights of stairs. Maria was incredibly helpful and made our stay so much easier - we thank her a lot! The location is quite remote, which means that signal is bad and wifi doesn't stretch through the whole house, but the nature around the villa is beautiful and peaceful. Make sure you bring your own toilet roll and soap as there is no shop in walking distance, and we ran out very quickly! All in all, an incredible place that I'd highly recommend.

Loved it!
Beautiful Spanish villa. Gorgeous views. Full villa and yet we barely knew so many of us there as it’s so spacious. Just beware it’s over a few levels so if you have families, children may have to sleep away from parents and require going outside to find them - just wasn’t what we expected from descriptions. Young children would need constant supervision because of steepness and low barriers. A bit tired in areas- pool needs some tiles etc. It is well located away from noisy areas and is full of beautiful character inside too.

What a view!
We had a fabulous holiday! The pool is lovely & the view is amazing! The villa was large enough for us 12 girls. It’s a bit out of the way but we had a lovely taxi driver Emanuel who took us wherever we needed to go. I spoke to Carlos about some improvements to update the villa & he said he will make changes for next year. We would love to come back!

Fantastic villa for a birthday celebration
What a great villa with a fantastic view. Very large and spacious. The layout is perfect for a large group with the bedrooms being a mix of in the house and gardens so we had lots of space. The kitchen may be small but we easily catered for 12 and had meals on the balcony with the best sunsets. The location is perfect as away from the large resorts but easily reached if you want to get there. Would recommend car hire but taxis did find the villa easily. There are a couple of small supermarkets in Sant Miguel useful for top ups but if you are feeding a large group the nearest big supermarkets are near San Antonio and Ibiza Town. Elements restaurant on Benirras Beach and Port Balsant Restaurant in Port de Sant Miguel would definitely recommend a visit to - great food! Fernando who saw us into the villa gave us the basic information we needed for our stay with the help of google translate. A couple of things about the villa: The description is 7 en-suite bedrooms but in fact it’s 5 en-suite with 2 bedrooms in the main house sharing the house bathroom - fine if all friends who don’t mind sharing. There is no welcome or information pack about the area, taxis etc so pick up your shopping on the way to the villa and do some research before you go. Would suggest downloading taxi Ibiza app.

Stunning property
An absolutely stunning property. We were a group of 17 (extra beds added) plenty of space for us all. A rustic and very homely property with views across the sea, sunsets and pine forests. Your either need hire cars or Be happy to get taxis (which we did both with ease to and from the clubs one night) as it’s location is up high into the hills but that’s what makes this property so special. Only 5mins drive to local supermarket which was very well stocked up and 10mins from the beach. We were very well looked after buy the owner before and the management team during we have also had our damage deposit back with no problems. Would happily recommend and stay here again. X

After a disaster flooding at our villa we were quick to find a new one! This villa was only available to rent from the weds to Saturday so I messaged the host (Antonio) and he was quick to reply saying he would get the villa sorted for us to move in right away! What a legend, we booked and within 2 hours we were in and settled and having our dinner in front of the most beautiful sunset we have ever witnessed! The views are outstanding from this villa, with a glass of wine in hand we looked out and actually thanked god for the thunder storm and the flooded previous villa! It has everything a large group would need, plenty of space so you don’t feel on top of each other, a dishwasher (that was a relief with having a party of ten!) the master suite is just beautiful! The balcony was made use of with our morning coffee waiting for the teenagers to get up! The lounge seated us perfectly and the sofas were so comfy! We were able to play our music through the tv too which was great for the teenagers also, we really loved the village at the bottom of the hill, san Miquel, it has restaurants shops and such friendly people! Our holiday went from disaster to paradise within 2 hours, Antonio I can not thank you enough for saving our holiday, we will be back again x

Wonderfull and amazing villa
Perfect holiday in these amazing villa with spectacular views surrounded by nature and peace. We loved the stay in these house for our family and friends stay. The distribution is perfect for a big group time toguether and the sea vews are almost unreal, do not miss the sunset from these pool with a nice glass of champagne.

What a beautiful week in a dream place
The house is magic, when we arrived we did not believe it was true because when we booked we saw some wonderful photos but we did not know if the house was like in the photos. The truth is that we were surprised, because the Villa is much better than we imagined. How beautiful, how big, what a beautiful view, clean and well decorated. The holidays have been incredibly wonderful, all our friends that wanted an incredible vacation we loved. We were 14 people and we all slept very comfortable and very relaxed in the middle of nature with a magical sunset. Thanks for everything, we will return !!

Septiembre siempre vamos a Ibiza, y esta vez hemos encontrado una casa muy comoda con un servicio increíble, y con las mejores vistas de Ibiza. Nos encanto esta casa por que es amplia, pomemos estar todos en la casa, somos 12 y mis padres. Nos encanto esta casa!!!! Que vistas tan increíbles, los atardeceres son inmejorables. Las camas son grandes, queríamos mas camas de matrimonio, pero solo tienen dos, pero juntábamos las dos camas y era perfecto. Playa de en Bossa esta a tan solo 20 minutos en coche, era muy comodo bajar a Ibiza, pero nos encanta mucho mas estar en ese acantilado.. Volveremos

Fantastic villa with amazing views and a homely feel
We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The views from the poolside were amazing as were those from the balconies in the evenings. A great place to relax. We were staying as a family of 4 so only used a few of the bedrooms, but the layout was great and would offer larger groups plenty of space. The kitchen area was small which might present a challenge for larger groups (especially as BBQs are not permitted). A car is a must as the villa is quite remote. The welcoming bottle of wine was much appreciated, but after a late arrival a few additional basic provisions would have gone a long way. Otherwise a very relaxing holiday and Carlos was very helpful with all our questions leading up to and during our stay.

House disappointing and not ready to receive guests
We were a group of 13 women, arrived for some nice rest and pleasant visit to a beautiful Island. The view indeed amazing. But during our 5 holidays there was a lot of unrest, since the house caused a lot of displeasure. The swimming pool we could not use for 3 of the days, because it was too dirty and needed proper treatment, the electricity failed every now and then at critical moments, bedrooms that cause a danger to our health (black mold), water that was missing at critical moments and the general poor state of cleanliness in general.

Dear Natalia, As you know it was a not expected probelm in the electicity power for the house. We really apologices about these! It was the 1st time and only time in 17 years that we run the villa. It was fixed wile you where in the villa after a day, and we are really very sorry! The problem was with the pool purifier fail and created the problem, but we fixed in 24 hours . We are sorry that after all yoru stay, you can give us these review for a not expected problem than can happend anytiem. In any case, we respect, and we apreciate and thanks for yoru stay with us! Familie vakantie
We waren met 11 volwassenen en 3 kinderen in deze schitterende villa. We hebben genoten van het uitzicht, het buitenterras, het zwembad en alle ruimtes in de villa! De bedden en de douches waren schoon en goed. Voldoende servies en keukenbenodigheden aanwezig. Zelfs een nespresso apparaat voor de echte koffieliefhebbers onder ons! Alleen de Wi-Fi bereikbaarheid was matig. In sommige ruimtes had je geen bereik of onvoldoende. En je moet een auto hebben om de mooiste plekken te bezoeken. Te voet is het niet te doen! Wij hebben in ieder geval een super mooie herinnering aan over gehouden en komen zeker terug! Ook niet onbelangrijk; de eigenaar is heel flexibel en reageert heel snel op al je vragen. Vele dank hiervoor!

Prachtig uitzicht en mooie omgeving
De locatie is geweldig met prachtige zonsondergangen. De kamers in het huis liggen op verschillende verdiepingen, boven zijn ze mooi licht. Een kamer beneden heeft weinig daglicht. Wifi versterkers zijn echt nodig want nu is er weinig bereik. De eigenaar en de staff zijn zo ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Super. Veel terrassen met altijd wel zon en schaduw. En het zwembad was prima. Erg goed gehad!

Maison pour 15 avec vue imprenable et tres belle piscine
Vue magnifique depuis les terrasses et chambres et emplacement au calme. Très belle piscine. Grand salon convivial avec vues sur toute la longueur. Très grande table à manger (16 couverts) et grande cuisine bien équipée, avec îlot central convivial. [Attention aux photos : 1 seule cuisine depuis les travaux] Clim réversibles bien appréciées en soirée fin décembre. Propriétaire très réactif à nos demandes. Bon service d'accueil. Nous étions 15, parfaitement logés (7 chambres) et avec tout l'espace de vie necessaire. Seuls bémols necessitant qques travaux peut-être : - 5' d'eau chaude dans 3 des 4 sdb ; 1 chasse d'eau défaillante dans 1 des 4 toilettes. Pb lié au fort taux de calcaire sur l'ile, mais aussi à la taille trop faible de 3 des 4 ballons d'eau chaude. - Chambres du bas très humides (odeur persistante de champignons dans l'une d'elle). Je recommande fortement cette location.

La casa es maravillosa , todo la decoración está pensada al detalle , la cocina es muy cómodisima para cocinar con la familia ,vino un chef italiano a cocinarnos y le encantó lo moderna y grande que es . han sido unos días estupendos y repetiremos pronto . la plus belle vue de l'île
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette magnifique propriété. La vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle, les matins sont enchanteurs et les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle. La situation dans le nord de l'île est idéale pour ceux qui, comme nous, souhaitent être à l'écart de la foule et des boîtes de nuit. La propriété est dans un coin préservé, très verdoyant, mais malgré tout relativement proches (15/20mn) de petits commerces très bien achalandés dans les villages de San Miquel et San Gertrudis (voiture indispensable tout de même). Les maisons sont proches les unes des autres mais ça n'est pas vraiment dérangeant, à moins d'avoir des voisins peu respectueux, ce que nous avons eu la chance de ne pas avoir. L'agencement de la maison en plusieurs niveaux et terrasses donne l'occasion à chacun de trouver sa place, tout en gardant une dynamique conviviale. Quant à la déco exotique, elle confère à certaines pièces un charme balinais que nous avons beaucoup apprécié, surtout celle des chambres qui ont encore un sol en terre-cuite. La maison est aérée et lumineuse, la nouvelle cuisine, moderne, très fonctionnelle. A noter que la taille du four n'est pas tout-à-fait assez grande pour pouvoir cuisiner pour 13/14 personnes et qu'un barbecue (au gaz en regard des risques d'incendie) serait le bienvenu. Les points faibles, car il y en a quand- même, sont pour nous: l'entretien de certaines parties de la maison qui ne sont plus exactement comme sur les photos, notamment la piscine qui devrait être rénovée, les chambres du bas dont la robinetterie et le mobilier devraient vraiment être rafraîchis et les jardins en terrasse qui étaient en friche. Il faut aussi signaler que les chambres sont très inégales (deux belles suites avec terrasse, deux belles chambres avec balcon et vue, une mignonne mais très petite chambre double avec balcon, sans salle de bain privative, une chambre au niveau de la piscine dont la déco n'est plus très fraîche et une très grande chambre extrêmement sombre dans laquelle personne ne souhaitait vraiment loger à part les ados qui y ont installé leur dortoir). Malgré ces points faibles, la propriété reste exceptionnelle et je serais très heureuse d'avoir l'occasion d'y revenir. Antonio, le propriétaire, et Fernando et Maria- Theresa qui s'occupent de l'entretien, ont réagi tout de suite aux remarques et demandes que nous leur avons faites et nous les en remercions.

Amazing views!
The Villa was amazing. The views are the best. Sunsets are amazing. We stayed there with couples/friends and the villa was the perfect place. The rooms are spread out so everybody can have privacy if they need but the pool area and kitchen and living room are a common space that bring everybody together. The area is beautiful. You can start hiking to a Cala from the house and explore the nature. The area around the house is calm and off the party scene but since Ibiza is rather small you can get anywhere with a car in 30 min. The pictures really can’t represent the true beauty of this amazing house. The landlord was there for us in case we needed something also the staff living close by was always in reach when we had questions. The only downside of the house is that there is no reception, and wifi is not amazing if you need to work but besides that everything was above expectations.

We had an excellent stay at Can Any! We had a great time with 17 ladies and everybody was happy: the weather was great, the yoga retreat was amazing, we enjoyed every second at villa Can Avy! Everything was just perfect at the house. There was enough space and the house was clean. Carlos is a very nice person and such is the team in Ibiza. A big thanks for everything, Séverine & Manon

Simply amazing!
Everything was beyond expectstions! The property and the staff were awesome and always willing to help and advice the best way to enjoy the island from a real local point of view. I would go back anytime!

In die Jahre gekommen
Lage und Ausblick top, Haus und Außenanlagen in die Jahre gekommen. Hier ist eine Reinigung und ein Anstrich notwendig. Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr schön, doch auf den Lampenschirmen z.B. lag dicker Staub. Wir waren mit 14 Personen dort. Für diese Personenanzahl sind die Küche, die Sitzgelegenheiten und sonstiges Equipment zu knapp bemessen. Auch die Ausstattung ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Guten Tag, wir haben das Gefühl, dass Sie die Dekoration des Hauses nicht mögen, aber dafür gibt es mehr als 30 Fotos und ein Video, das das Haus perfekt beschreibt. Wenn es wahr ist, dass es eine 5 Jahre alte Mauer gibt, die etwas Farbe verlangt hat, aber ich informiere Sie, dass das Haus in diesem Sommer komplett renoviert und komplett mit neuer Farbe renoviert wird. Die Küche ist klein und so sagen wir es deutlich in der Beschreibung, diesen Winter werden wir es von der Stelle ändern, die es 3 mal größer macht. Wir hoffen, dass Sie die Veränderungen, die Sie in diesem Winter machen, genießen können. Grüße und hier sind wir, Ihnen in irgendeiner Weise zu helfen.
