Estimada Laura: En primer lugar,muchas gracias por haber dedicado un tiempo a escribir la reseña. Por otro lado, comentarle que sentimos su percepción en relación a su estancia. Ustedes reservaron la habitación estándar, una habitación que solicitan muchos de nuestros clientes repetidores por las fabulosas vistas desde su terraza, hacia la piscina y el bosque frontal, y también por encontrarse en el núcleo principal de la casa. En las fechas de su estancia, no había disponibilidad en otro tipo de habitaciones, excepto en villas. Se les hizo una propuesta, creemos que bastante ajustada, que ustedes declinaron. La habitación estándar, está situada en el porche de la casa principal, y dispone de las mismas comodidades que el resto de las habitaciones ( minibar, caja fuerte, smart TV, cafetera nespresso, toallasde piscina...). Su ubicación en el porche, reiteradamente explicada en cualquier portal o página web donde se puede encontrar, hace que esté, posiblemente, más expuesta a los "ruidos" del desayuno, que habitualmente es tranquilo en Can Lluc, ya que no olvidemos, estamos en un hotel donde prima la tranquilidad y el relax. Solemos acompañar la descripción de esta habitación con fotografías de la misma, y de su ubicación, para que ello no de lugar a malentenidos. Nuestra intención es siempre la de conseguir para nuestros clientes una estancia feliz. Sentimos de verdad que en su caso, no haya podido disfrutar de las muchas bondades que ofrece Can Lluc, tan valoradas por otros clientes. Dear Alexandra, Thanks for your review. It is very much appreciate. We always try to be aware of our guest’s comments and take them in consideration. We feel sad about your (partly) non grate experience with us. The most of our customers staying in Can Lluc, use to become repeaters which is a good sign for us. We would like to inform you the most of our rooms are furbished with queen size beds ( pls see our website). Queen-sized fits perfectly in our rooms. However it is important to highlight, we have been established 15 years ago as a rural hotel , and all our rooms -and bathrooms-, have at least, the sizes required by the touristic law. The most of rooms, are even bigger than legally required. We want to highlight as well, our room type “villas” are furbished with king-size bed and walk-in shower in the bathroom. We recommend our guests, to request to us any requirement before check in. This way we can help to make more comfortable your stay with us. Our involvement in service leads us to try to work for a high quality service before, during and after the stay. If we are not wrong, you have booked a double room, but you were accommodated in superior n.5, where there are 2 a/c machines. We are very sorry about this type of faulties: they are unexpected and are not under our control. Due to our strict quality policy, we are used to react quickly to these eventual incidents. We are disappointed on your perception of our breakfast. This is one of the highest valuated points by our guests. We use high quality paper napkins at breakfast time branded DUNI (look for it in internet, please). Before breakfast time, our house-keeping takes care of the area, cleaning it carefully and using flowers from our garden to décor tables for our guests. We hope after some months, you have good memories about Can Lluc and can become a repeater.Best

Depuis votre séjour, nous avons apporté des améliorations au menu du restaurant, et en plus des plats du menu, des suggestions sont proposées chaque jour en fonction des produits et du marché locaux. Si vous examinez les commentaires des clients dans d'autres forums en relation avec notre restaurant, vous constaterez que nous nous sommes efforcés d'améliorer le service et l'offre culinaire. En ce qui concerne l'espace bien-être, il est petit mais très bien utilisé par nos clients. Bien que petit, il est très beau et entouré de nature. Il dispose d'un sauna, d'un jacuzzi, d'une douche et de plusieurs machines de sport. Nous l'offrons comme service de courtoisie à nos clients. En raison de la taille de la salle de bien-être, notre service de massage peut également être reçu dans l'espace extérieur autour de la piscine ou directement dans la chambre même. Le client choisit l'option qu'il préfère. Nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau à Can Lluc. Avec nos meilleures salutations, Tina Soriano
