Loved everything about this place
This is such a great hotel... well maintained, clean, nice decor, good facilities, comfortable room and bed, nice bathroom, everything worked well, fridge and hot drink-making facilities in the room. The staff are all fantastic - so professional, efficient and really friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast is great - much better than many other hotels. Great value for money, great location, safe parking. Reasonably priced with fantastic service is rare in Ibiza, but you get both at Hotel Orosol.

I loved that the property was near everything. It was walking distance to the bus station, multiple beaches, food, shops, etc. Orosol was clean and cute! It’s a nice hotel because it is also quiet and comfortable.

Our stay at Hotel Orosol was great. We were immediately met with kindness and thoroughness of everything we needed, including wonderful recommendations for the area as well as the whole island. The price was low and our room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

Wouldn't return. Expensive. Poor customer service. We are a middle aged couple who were at the hotel for 7 nights. Advised them via email we had car, did they have car park, told yes via email. Arrived was told no car park! Had to argue about the car park, eventually the receptionist agreed to allow us to park in car park! (Which was empty). Unsavoury start to check in. Seems the Spaish get better treatment we witnessed a number of Spanish arriving for check in and being given the car park key, no problem- surely we are all paying the same?! Then, we were given a room, with view of a derelict piece of land, with a fridge that was broken! €100 euros a night! Called reception, advised fridge not working, was told "its is not a normal fridge" lol, what?! We asked what do you mean "you have lots of drinks, it's not for all that drink". How ridiculous- you can put drinks in a fridge bit by bit!!! Yet another arguement ensued regarding change of room. We were then given another room, nice and big, but no balcony. It's a choice between a fridge and/or a balcony. Therefore had nowhere to sit and chat with a beer in hand. In addition, we had a couple days of rain, ended up with a leak in bathroom for two days, was told its air conditioning, funny that as it was also in the reception area. They obviously just lie! Positives; Hotel was clean, quiet at night, great breakfast, and near to beach Negatives; poor customer service , not worth €100 a night. We will not be back.

Location!
Excellent location-walking distance to main shops and restaurants and famous sunset, also very close to main bus stop. Staff helpful and there are nice amenities like free breakfast, shower room and luggage storage after you check out, computer, and staff that can help you plan. The rooms were a little small but honestly can’t complain because everything else was so nice, wish there was maybe an extra pillow or two. Overall would stay again!

Breakfast was very good every morning. Staff was super friendly and nice. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were big and clean. Only complaint is that there is no drinking water available after breakfast and you cannot use the coffee machine etc. after breakfast hours.

I had the best stay at hotel orosol, the rooms and building were clean and spacious, staff were friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was a lovely added touch to have included. Was brilliant value for money and a great location, close to everything but quiet away from the crowds

Very conveniently located and an extremely comfortable accommodation. The laundry facilities are handy, the bus stop connecting the airport is only a short walk away, breakfast is great and if you are too early to check-in there are showers available for weary travellers. The friendly team do their very best to make any guest feel at home. They also offer a local insight on Ibiza and will take the time to point you in the right direction. Truly impressive. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The hotel was ideally situated for us and everything was in walking distance. The hotel itself was fantastic, all staff we met were lovely, very informative and did everything they could to make our stay great. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and great breakfast. Can’t wait to return to Ibiza and this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

Great budget hotel
Basic style no frills room. Bed nice quality. We had rubbish view but didn't care. Breakfast had beans, eggs and bacon etc as well as the continental bits. Coffee machine with lovely coffee and lovely chocolate croissants. Can sit outside to eat on pavement as there was a few tables. Courtesy shower with shampoo there, nice little double shower room, ideal for later flights with hairdryer etc. Left cases in secure room 3 minutes walk from bus station. 35 euros can from airport. Bus would be easy though 4mins from beach and all the restaurants but still quiet which was nice. Mexican resyopen until late right opposite. Think you can use next doors pool? There were couples as well as young people there that wanted to go out. One room broke the rule and were a bit noisy one night but reception staff dealt with immediately. I'd say suited to people who want a pleasant comfortable stay on a budget that don't expect fanciness.

A good hotel, in a quiet area of San Antonio
We stayed here end of July. Two people sharing a twin room. It's in a good location, if you want to sleep away from the parties. But it also not far from the parties. Walking distance.

Great hotel & staff
Great experience for a 3 star hotel. Staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was good, and the hotel was quiet. We booked a ferry to Formentera through them and they made sure to tell us everything we needed to know about the island and the best beaches! I would recommend to anyone looking to stay at an accommodating hotel for a great price!

Very impressed.
This place is great and very well run. It's basic, of course. But what they do, they do well. Reception staff are great and very helpful but also with a friendly attitude. Thanks for your help. Brekkie is basic, but it's good. It's what you would expect, but I was really happy with it. The hotel is maintained well. If you are looking for a budget option in Sant Antoni then you can't go wrong with this place. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, rooms are very basic but condition considered to be very good at this room rate. 2 minutes walk to the Sant Antoni bus station, and only about 5 mins walk to the beach, good quality tapas bar around.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Orosol. The staff, particularly Theresa made my sister and I feel so welcome. She greeted us with the warmest smile and took time to give us directions to various locations, and accommodated our very early arrival. I loved the town and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot in San Antonio
The Orosol is the best hotel in San Antonio without a doubt, the people who work there are simply amazing. I've been going to Ibiza for 7 years and I would never stay in any other hotel besides the Orosol.

This is a great hotel very central to everything.
I would definatly recommend this hotel the only very slight down side is that the breakfast is not great but we only had it once as we were clubbing until 5am and never up for it as it finished at 11 but there are plenty of really cheap places to eat just 10 mins walk away. The food is great and the prices are very fair and not over priced. We are definatly going back as this is a really cheap holiday.
