First of all, the reception staff was nice but they explained absolutely nothing about the services and opening hours of the hotel. When we got to the room, the previous guest’s rubbish was still there, they didn’t change it, and the bathroom door was broken, we called reception for maintenance to fix but no one ever came, The breakfast was very good and Mr.Li was very nice. The location is very good and the condition of the hotel is also good and the price is right

The hotel is quite large and definitely gets the job done, but unfortunately, it didn’t feel particularly clean, luxurious, or comfortable. Since most people visiting Ibiza spend very little time in their rooms, it can work if you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep and don’t plan on spending much time there. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for a more relaxing or enjoyable hotel experience. The safe in our room was broken, the sinks weren’t very clean, and the beds were quite uncomfortable. Overall, it was fine for a short stay, but there are definitely nicer options available.

This hotel is disgusting, very dirty, smells bad and damp. Washroom is dirty and outdated. The whole hotel and room is outdated. Corridors are dirty and no light. They have stupid LED lights to hide the bad quality and damp walls. Very expensive for the quality. There are way better options near by. I do not recommend it at all

Cheeky Ibiza trip with my friend

Very clean and comfortable room, good shower and nice kitchenette in lounge with fridge, stove and toaster etc. Our room was on the ground floor which was perfect, close to reception and the pool. Short walk to beach and only 15 minutes walk from Ushuia and Hi. Nice pool. Super friendly & helpful staff!! Expensive price but it was very competitive with others in the area and it was peak season. Room could accommodate a family or four friends.

Excellent emplacement!
