"Excellent property, lovely food, had very nice lounge areas we could relax in. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the main buffet, Hasan in the main buffet area was outstanding and welcomed us like family. The spa was also lovely and well designed. We loved the patisserie which served great coffee and desserts. Drinks wise, non-alcoholic mocktail options were very limited but we were able to have plenty of hot drinks and soft drinks. Food items sometimes had alcohol in it which is unsuitable for children and those who do not have alcohol. Otherwise, a very relaxing stay. Thank you to the Barut Hemera team."

"I was double charged by Expedia - they scam and when double charged take for ever to repay the money. I am waiting now to be refunded for the double charge but have not heard back from them although me email to Expedia was on March 25, 2026.. Dodgy slippery company- "

"Aura Boutique Hotel made my stay truly enjoyable. The cleanliness was excellent, and everything was well taken care of. The owner, İbrahim Bey, was very kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive to his guests. The quality is very high for the price. The breakfast was delicious, and the Turkish coffee was a wonderful treat. Having breakfast with a view of the Side Open-Air Museum and the sea made the experience even more special. I would definitely recommend it."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful....from helping us find a parking place to carrying all of our things from the car to our room......to giving advice about the city. It felt like staying in someone's home more than a hotel. I would not hesitate to stay there again. "

"The staff are most attentive. There could be more spice in the food and they could theme the food by day as it was all pretty similar most days. Also it caters more towards German tourists as everything is in Euros and the staff speak more German than English however this was not a problem for us. The facilities including pools, rooms, bar, gaming room and spa are fantastic. We had an excellent holiday here and would love to go again."

"Food is average, sea is great but entrance to the water is full of big rocks so not good, staff at the reception is very rude, we had some issues with the room it was full of bugs and only after big argument with the reception they put us in the different room. Would not recommend this hotel and will not travel again."

"Amazing service, clean site, clean beach, amazing staff - very sweet Ruslan made our dinner in Beach Club special. On the bad side - I would not go there again as a couple without kids, because how many kids there were - unimaginable. In regards to food, we were very dissapointed, a lot of options however repetitive, sushi 4 options - two of them with chicken. Pizza very dry. "
