We loved our stay at Ibusuki Shusuien. The staff were helpful and everything was smooth and efficient. The food was wonderful, and our server, Sarina, was superb. We recommend for a relaxing stay.

Strongly Recommended!

A very good hotel. A most wonderful experience. Room was comfortable. Onsen was awesome - the size and the space. Sand bath was an interesting experience - quite fun to do as a family. The highlight was the kaiseki dinner - delicious.

We had a fantastic stay here with our two year old and four month old. The baths were great and also had a sauna and cold pool, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were superb and there was a menu in English. Our host Sarina was wonderful. The hot sand onsen is a short walk from the hotel and was very easy to get to. We loved the small touches for the children with the kids’ yukata robe and Anpanman slippers and the manager brought our car right to the front to help us load up in the rain. A brilliant traditional Japanese inn stay that comes highly recommended from us

食事は大変美味しくいただきました。サービスもしっかりされていて良かったです。地下一階の温泉までにエレベーターがなかった事と、部屋のエアコンコントロールができない設備面での少し不便なところが気になる点でした。

おもてなしを大切にしている旅館です到着時は外で待っていてくださり、滞在中担当の中居さんひとりがきめ細かく対応してくれます。とても懐かしくホッとでき、時間がゆっくりと流れます食事もとても美味しく大好きなお宿です

生憎の雨でしたが駐車場に着くと直ぐに傘を持ってお出迎え。ウェルカムドリンクはアルコールあり。静かでゆったりと過ごせる空気感、チェックインから期待がたかまりました。食事も良かったけど、担当のスタッフの心配りが何より最高でした。私が左利きな事に気づいて食器の置き場所をさっとかえたり、買いたいお茶の情報をメモして帰りに手渡してくれたり。上辺だけで無いおもてなしに感動です。

風情のある素敵な旅館でした。食事もおいしく満足です。ちゃんと個室に案内していただき、懐石料理のお食事です。夜も朝も食べきれないくらいのボリュームでした。お部屋は純和風の畳のお部屋で、夕食の間にお布団を敷いていただき布団で休みました。夕食後にはぜんざいの差し入れもありました。温泉は大浴場と、貸切風呂が２つあります。貸切は1時間3500円と最初は「別料金なのね」と思いましたが、中に入るとテーブルとソファがあり、トイレ洗面所つき、、冷蔵庫にはミネラルウォーターもありとお値段に見合ったサービスがあったので、結果的には高くはなかったと思います。こちらには砂風呂はありませんが「砂楽」までは歩いて3分程度なので、ホテルからタオルを借りて浴衣で行けますので、特に問題ないかなと思います。従業員の方は外国の方もいて多様性を感じました。

先日お世話になりとても楽しく思い出に残るひと時となりました。若い接客の方もとても気持ちのよい接客でした。お料理は食べきれないほどの量で　特に夕飯は100点満点！もう一度食べに行きたいぐらいです！残念なのはお部屋の　洗面所にも部屋にもテッシュがなかったこと。　鼻をかみたくてもなかったです。あとお部屋にある浴室が　半端ない臭さ。気持ち悪かった。温泉があるので利用しないとおもわれていたのか　汚くてビックリしました。足を洗いたくて入りましたが　たぶんお掃除されていなかったように思います　それなら　利用中止とか書いてほしかった。だからお部屋は星印は少なめです

宿泊日の何日か前に、事前に食事に対する質問のメールが有、それに添ったメニューを個々に用意して貰えましたので､何も残す事なく全て頂く事が出来ました。又、徒歩すぐの所に　砂むし温泉施設も有るので便利でした。貸し切り風呂もあり、ゆったりした時間を過ごす事が出来ました。何よりも、スタッフの皆様方の対応が良かったです。

今回は母の喜寿のお祝いに利用させていただきました。直前のプランの変更にも快く対応していただき感謝しております。到着直後から宿を離れるときまで、スタッフ皆様が親切丁寧に接してくださいましたし、お料理も本当に美味しく大変満足しております。母もいい思い出が出来たと、とても喜んでおります。ありがとうございました。また鹿児島に帰省した際、傘寿のお祝いの時も利用したいと思います。
