"The only complaint we had was the loud stomping of people staying in the hotel. The staff were super friendly"

"T.V. not working properly. Also, only one channel when it finally works. No C.B.C. or BNN. Staff called a T.v. man to help. He not only failed, but shouted and insulted me. So I checked out next day, but did not get a refund for my next day which was paid for. Please help me to get the refund. Thanks."

"Perfect stay for what I needed and wanted. I like having a kitchenette and it was stocked perfectly, the place was clean and the kids loved the pool and sauna. Family games available which were fun. For how close it was to Hwy 97, it's tucked away a bit and so it was perfectly quiet. Very friendly staff, the sleep was good for me (maybe bring your own pillow if you love yours because ours were more robust and tall for our liking, but you can't have everything!), and the bed was good. I also care about the type of TV programming (i.e., guide, can I see what I'm watching while choosing another program, options, etc.), and they provided to my preference. Very happy overall with our stay, and will consider it again for our next trip in. It's a great option for a sports tournament weekend."

"The hotel and staff were great however the waterside is not functioning that was the main reason we choose to stay here. It was rather disappointing. The pool with waterside photos are false advertisement. The waterside hasn't been in service since Covid. Unfortunately Breakfast was an option include in our stay."
