In the first row of dunes and with a view of the Baltic Sea, this charming vacation home in Marielyst welcomes you.



What could be better than looking at the dunes from your terrace and letting your eyes wander over the sea flashing through? Probably nothing, which is why you have found a cozy vacation accommodation to relax in with this lovely 1st floor vacation apartment. In a compact space, you will find everything you need to feel comfortable in the well-equipped apartment. Conjure up delicious dishes in the kitchen, which you can enjoy on the balcony, which you can reach via the outdoor stairs. But you can also sit under the parasol with a book in the morning and watch your children playing in the communal garden, and in the evening join the barbecue in the garden.



Or you can just throw your bath towel over your shoulder and step over the sand dune onto the family-friendly sandy beach. Take a dip in the refreshing Baltic Sea and explore the beach activities. The popular resort on the island of Falster also offers many recreational activities for family and active people. Play mini golf or rent bicycles and ride along the coast to Gedser, where you can see the German coast from the southernmost point of Denmark on a clear day.

Super Lage

Lage hervorragend, Wohnung (Grundriss) sehr gut, Wohnungszustand schlecht (Badezimmer Armaturen, Mischbatterie, Fliesen, Wohnraum einige Steckdosen-Blenden). Großer Mangel am TV Gerät ist die Buchse für das Kabel ausgebrochen. Der Schaden (TV Gerät) sowie eine nicht gereinigte übergebene Wohnung wurde an den Agenten und Vetmittler in deutschenglisch/dänisch per sms/email mitgeteilt. Bis heute keine Nachricht/Entschuldigung/Entschädigung erhalten. Ungeachtet dieser Missstände wird überlegt, das Appartement für nächstes Jahr zu buchen. Die Lage und die Wohnung selbst für und optimal!

Gute Zeit am Meer mit mangelhafter Kommunikation

Die Lage der Unterkunft und die Aussicht sind wirklich erstklassig! Die Unterkunft selbst ist schön und in gutem Zustand. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay. Eine Kommunikation mit Novasol am Ankunftstag (Samstag) war quasi nicht möglich. Leider hatte sich unsere Anreise etwas verspätet (19:00) und es gab keine erreichbare Telefonnummer vor Ort und keine Info zur möglichen Abholung der Bettwäsche (in Marielyst) nach Büroschluss. Selbst die Öffnungszeiten waren vorher online nicht angegeben. Die Notfallnummer war nicht erreichbar! Wir haben dann zufällig die Box mit der Wäsche hinter dem Gebäude entdeckt. Dies ist ein vollkommen unakzeptabler Zustand!
