Just 50 meters from the beach is this beautiful vacation home. The house was built in 2020 from the best materials. Open kitchen in connection with the living room. From the living room there is access to the covered and open terrace and garden. With direct access to the beach and the Baltic Sea, the location is just perfect. 2 beautiful bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. The homeowner has placed emphasis on comfort and furnishings so that you as a guest enjoy an all-round vacation experience here.

The house is heated with a heat pump and electric radiators and a wood stove. In the center of Marielyst you will find restaurants and shopping. Visit the golf and fun park or go shopping in Marielyst and Nykøbing F.
