Large windows fill the spaces with natural light and open the rooms to beautiful sea views.The main living area features cozy blue toned seating and connects directly to the pool terrace, while the open plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for easy meal preparation and relaxed gatherings.The villa has five bedrooms in total. In the main house, there are two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a bunk bed and a desk. In the guest house, there are three bedrooms, including two double bedrooms and one additional with bunk bed and desk.

The outdoor areas of the villa are designed for relaxation, privacy, and enjoying the beautiful views of Tholos Bay. The main terrace features a spacious infinity pool surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and shaded seating, creating the perfect spot for swimming or unwinding throughout the day. On the terrace of the main house, guests can enjoy a jacuzzi with open views of the sea and the surrounding hills. The guest house offers an additional highlight: a small rooftop pool. Across the property, there are three outdoor dining areas.

Access to the property includes a short unpaved section, and we recommend using a suitable vehicle.
