Cozy holiday house ISKARETREAT in the Iški Vintgar gorge near Ljubljana

A family-friendly fully equipped house with a big garden in a clear and safe forest environment is the perfect place for family holidays. Children adore a swing at the beech tree, adults relax at the deck chairs.

Swimming - During hot summer days refresh in the shallow river Iška 2 minutes away, or visit a deeper natural pool Grabljice 15 minutes walk up the river.

Hiking trails - Krim 1107m high peak above the valley is worth visiting all year around.
E6 European hiking trail from the Baltic to the Adriatic passes near the house. Or explore Iški Vintgar Canyon with its secret falls and pools, flora and fauna.

Climbing walls - the first one is just 10 minutes above the valley, the second one is above the house at the rocky top of the canyon. You can watch it with binoculars from the Joga Terrace.

Cycling - visit farms and villages at the Ljubljana marsh, lake Jezero, and ponds in Draga.

Explore new local UNESCO pile dwellers' culture.

Located only 12 km far from the highway and Ljubljana ring is a perfect starting point to visit Lake Bled, Postojna cave, ... Dolenjska, Gorenjska Štajerska, or Primorska.
