"The Hotel is renovated, and is in good condition. Indoor 25 m swimming pool, chidren's and bubble bath pool, with 3 kinds of sauna Polite staff, free bathrobe, daily room service. The extra rooms with view to lake, others to parking area. Free parking in front of the hotel. Hotel stay at shore of lake, but no direct beach connection. Free beach nearby. Bar in lounge and coffee service at pools. Good breakfast, supper available for extra fee. "

"Wir haben als Familie zu viert, kurzfristig ein paar Tage abseits des Trubels gesucht und sind fündig geworden. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig, in Alleinlage, umgeben von Grün und mit schöner Aussicht. Unsere Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend beim Empfang, sehr offen, hilfs- und auskunftswillig während unseres Aufenthalt und haben sogar einen Ausflug mit uns gemacht. Wer will bekommt aber auch komplett seine Ruhe. Unsere Kinder haben sich besonders über die sanften und verspielten hündischen Mitanwohner...

"Wir sind am 04.11 angereist und am 05.11 abgereist. DS ganze Schlafzimmer war mit hunderten stinkwanzen übersät. Die Wangen waren in den Bettdecke , Kopfkissen, Matratzen zwischen jeder ritze im bettgestell. In jeder Schublade einfach überall. Nachdem wir im Schlafzimmer fertig waren , war uns klar das wir abreisen und hier nicht mehr schlafen. Wir haben dann im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch im sitzen übernachtet. Am liebsten wären wir schon direkt an dem Abend abgereist doch wir hatten zwei Katzen...

"The Wellmarin Hotel is a lovely hotel, with great access to Lake Balaton. We have no complaints other than that there is very little English spoke at the front desk, and we did not feel very welcome, in comparison to the rest of the hotels we stayed at in Europe. There was a gentleman who worked the evening shift who did go above and beyond for us. We were thankful for him."

"The listing says you can bring 1 dog, but the owner said, at first, that our dog was too big (19kg) labradoodle and that we can't stay. But then he changed his mind and said we could stay for a small extra fee. We had to fill out the paperwork, and he had to take our ID cards to an office to copy before check-in. The place was musty, and the windows did not have screens on them. There were lots of spiders as well. The host ended up being really kind and generous! He offered us a late check out...
