One small moment said everything… when our daughter didn’t eat much breakfast, a special cheese plate arrived at our door without us asking. That kindness meant more than words. Miss Zeynep’s daily visits brought both spotless cleanliness and a bright, uplifting energy… her smile truly changed the room. Even with some facilities closed, the view over the Bay of Tivat was more than enough… peaceful, quiet, unforgettable. Honestly… off-season is the best time to come. "The hotel is in an ok location. Staff, mostly, is great. Peter especially was so very helpful and kind. The Lighthouse Restaurant was very good and really took care of my gluten free requirements. The two problems were significant enough that I cannot recommend this hotel, nor would I choose to stay again. First, the heat. The hotel is unbearably hot and there is no way to cool the room. This is not acceptable for a hotel that claims 5 stars. The second issue is the smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the guest rooms. This makes the terrace unusable for non smokers. The people next to us were such heavy smokers that we could not even open our terrace door at times. "
