"Nossa estadia no Chalé Estrela Guia foi maravilhosa! A conexão com a natureza é simplesmente mágica e o chalé é super aconchegante, cheio de boas energias. A Cíntia, a anfitriã, foi incrível desde o início foi acolhedora, atenciosa e sempre pronta a ajudar. Vale muito pela vibe do lugar e pelo carinho da dona. Voltaremos com certeza!"

"Infraestrutura aconchegante, muito limpo e com um ambiente tranquilo meio a natureza, tem uma vista espetacular, duas lareiras e banheira. Proximo a cidade, no vale das montanhas. Indicações do cafe da manhã muito boa. Duas televisoes smart e internet muito boa via wifi. "

"The Reception staff was friendly, efficient and acted quickly to resolve our complaints. We were moved 2 floors up to a room with no problems. The bed was large and comfortable. The safe was easy to operate and everything worked well. The hairdryer in the bathroom was old but worked. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and different options. No coffee machine for fancy coffee but the coffee provided was excellent. There was no liquid soap or shower gel in the bathroom, only shampoo. Walking distance to Santos Dumont Park and to Vicentina Aranha Park. We used taxis to visit family members and to go to Shopping Centers. We can't evaluate the level of English of staff because we spoke to everyone in Portuguese. We would stay there again."
