Property was good. Staff was great, although it would have been better if they could speak better English. Breakfast buffet was average at best with very limited choices and very few tables with tower view. We stayed for 5 days and my daughters only ate breakfast here the first day, they skipped the last 4 days. For this reason, this hotel only deserves 3 stars from us.

Lovely quiet area, 3 mins walk to shining station where you can get a train straight to Tokyo station- 3 stops. Hotel was gorgeous. Lovely big modern rooms and a fabulous breakfast.

"Easy transportation from airport. Great gift shop and market at hotel. We checked in at 3pm, but dinner at the hotel Doesn’t start until 5pm. You have to pay a fee to use the fitness center."
