"It's a big modern hotel steps away from the sanctuary site. Underground parking was very convenient. Some big crowds as tour groups are often coming in by bus, but this didn't really affect us. It could be difficult to talk to staff when a big group is checking in. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and stores. Couldn't be more convenient for visiting Fatima. Big buffet for breakfast, in a large dining room."

"Big room with balcony. Hotel with lots of charm. Great breakfast. We got lucky with parking righ out front. Not sure where you’d park when the 3 spots are full. Didn’t get a chance to try to pool but it looked inviting. Easy to walk to dinner "

"The receptionist is not welcoming or friendly. It seems that she’s not of what she’s doing. The staff at the breakfast area is even worse. He talks to me very loud and attracts other people attention. There’s no order in the dining area . We don’t know where to sit and which area we have to get food. I know you have to prioritize the group tours but we also paid the same for our breakfast. The place is nice but some staffs needs to be oriented properly."
