"O quarto estava limpo. Cheguei para checkin e por ser a noite a parte onde tinha computador para saber qual quarto estava assignado estava fechada e o recepcionista teve dificuldades para me alocar. O primeiro quarto tinha um odor absurdo a local fechado, sem ser arejado. A equipe de funcionários muito atenciosa. Lençóis velhos. A cama forrada apenas com um lençol. Sem protetor de colchão. "Very nice and helpful staff.
Great breakfast buffet.
Room was ok - clean, although a bit “cold and empty” in decoration and with furniture getting older.
Bathroom the same as room - beauty products mediocre - toilet paper rough or recycled (really should get a better one)
Major downside is that the sky rooftop with pool, jacuzzi and saunas closes at 6pm and opens at 9am - difficult to use it if you spend the day working or visiting the city. They should open until later like most Hôtels with...
