"In the pictures it looked amazing! Oh well, not the case out room had dust all over super felty under the bed! The mattress was coming apart Hallways more dust balls and dirty! Terrible at best!"

"O check-in foi bem confuso, o atendente era visivelmente despreparado e estava desassistido. Pra se ter ideia da confusão ele cadastrou dois dos três hóspedes com o mesmo nome. Subindo ao quarto, vimos que ele nos direcionou pra um quarto PCD, sem box no banheiro, com cadeira de banho. Bom saber que hotel está preparado, mas pedi pra trocar de quarto, pois nós não somos PCD. O novo quarto que nos direcionaram estava sem toalhas e travesseiros pra 3 pessoas, além disso estava com a TV inoperante e com a maçaneta do banheiro solta. Pra um hotel desse nível, decepcionou bastante. Ainda bem que foi no meu quarto e não no do governador do estado que estava hospedado no mesmo dia."
