Excellent staff, great location, amenities were perfect and the room was spotless. Pillow was a little uncomfortable but the bed made up for it!

Entire property has been neglected. This seems to be the norm in Shiga Kogen. Not clean at all. We cut our stay short because the hotel was intolerable. For the price they should do much better.
