Lodging of character perfectly located

Beautiful traditional house fully renovated by a leading architect, with a seafront view and jacuzzi. Located at the Anse du Lério, you will reach the downtown village and the jetty in 5 min by walk and the main beach in 10 min only .

A 200m² wooden terrasse surrounded by trees allows to enjoy in total privacy a bath in the jacuzzi and share good time or barbecues with family and friends.

The garden level features, a kitchen open on a large living room with both garden and sea view.

Upstairs on the first floor is a master suite with a 160 cm bed, shower room and 2 walk-in wardrobes; sea view. A family suit in duplex wih shower room is equipped with one 160 cm bed and two 90 cm beds for children .

On the first floor, a third open room is accessible from a spiral staircase, one 160cm bed (which can be separated into two); Shower room and toilets.

Laundry room with washing and drying machines are accessible from the garden.

5 bicycles (ow 1 electrical) are available to discover the island which is pedestrian for turists.

Tolle Insel in tollem Ferienhaus

Allein die autofreie Insel ist wunderschön und sehr bretonisch. Das Haus erreicht man vom Fährhafen aus zu Fuß in 5 Minuten, das ist nur bei An- und Abreise mit viel Gepäck eine kleinere sportliche Aktion - die sich absolut lohnt! Der Weg zum Haus verläuft entlang der kleinen Waterfront, und bevor es wirklich bergauf geht ist man auch schon angekommen. Das Haus ist einfach fantastisch, drinnen wie draußen! Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder - in dieser Konstellation ist das Haus perfekt geeignet: Die Kinder können auf der wunderschönen Terrasse, die einfach unglaublich groß ist, den ganzen Tag spielen oder auch draußen Fahrrad fahren gehen. Draußen essen kann man je nach Sonnen- oder Schattenwunsch an einer der beiden Sitzgruppen immer wunschgemäß und auch im Innenbereich sitzen alle immer sehr gemütlich am großen runden Tisch zusammen. Die Schlafzimmer sind prima, nur das Dachzimmer für Person 7 8 ist rudimentär (von uns liebevoll "der Adlerhorst" genannt). Die Küche ist überproportional ausgestattet, es sind auch alle Lebensmittel in der Grundausstattung vorhanden - also nicht die Variante, dass nach jedem Urlauber alles weggeworfen und leergeräumt wird, sondern jeder profitiert von den Vorgängern. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen und unvergesslichen Urlaub und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Maison top, conciergerie catastrophique

La maison est très jolie, bien équipée avec une très belle terrasse. Côté conciergerie (Free d’Home) en revanche c’est la cata 1/ c’est compliqué. Il faut d’abord réserver et payer la maison. Ensuite il faut ajouter les draps et les serviettes et le ménage, à payer à part par virement, puis envoyer un chèque de caution. A ce niveau de prix, on fait un forfait tout compris et un système de caution en ligne. Pénible. 2/ pas d’eau chaude le jour ne notre arrivée pour le we. «Oubli » de la conciergerie d’allumer le chauffe-eau 3/ le dimanche du départ à 10h la maison était rangée, valises faites et quasi vidée mais pas totalement. J’ai du partir. 4/ je n’ai pas pu répondre à un appel à midi de celui qui était chargé de faire le ménage et devait être à ce moment là arrivé à la maison pour faire son travail. Pas de message. 5/ j’arrive à 13h pour vider complément la maison. Les clefs n’étaient plus dans le coffre à clef. J’appelle le numéro qui m’avait appelé et découvre le monsieur à 100m à qui je demande de m’attendre et il part sans se retourner. Je le rattrape pour lui demander les clefs. Il part sans me donner les clefs en me disant « vous allez m’attendre ». 6/ j’attends, il revient. Je présente mes excuses pour le retard, il me dit « je m’en fous de vos excuses » 7/ je vide la maison en moins de 10min 8/ ma femme arrive pour m’aider il lui dit « lavez le four c’est degueulasse »... Sauf que le four nous ne nous en étions pas servi. 190€ le ménage. Je dis champion.
