We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Joel was a wonderful host, and quick to communicate. The private garden was also a plus for us. Very comfortable bed. Only a few meters away from a local epicerie for food, etc. Delightful neighbors. There is no wi-fi here, but not a problem for us. Also, if someone has difficulty climbing stairs, that could be an issue since the stairs to the bedrooms (2nd and 3rd levels) are fairly narrow and steep.

Chouette petite maison bien localisée

Petite maison parfaite au niveau taille pour mon fils et moi. Extrêmement bien localisée au milieu des deux sites de visite de Batz Très belle cour dont nous avons profité … sans vis à vis et a l’abri du vent Joël nous a conseillé une plage qui est juste une petit paradis sur terre . Nous avons passez une petite semaine idyllique en famille dans le logement de Joël sur l'île de Batz. Nous avons adoré notre location située au centre de l'île, à proximité des commerces, du port, des plages. On y dort bien, c'est confortable, le jardinet est adorable, Joël est un hôte charmant, bref, nous recommandinsnous

Maison propre

La maison est idéalement placée, bien équipée, propre, calme mais paradoxalement très sonore a l'intérieur. Elle est aussi très sombre mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce il n'y a pas de lecteur DVD ni de DVD, ce qui peut faire la différence quand le beau temps n'est pas du tout au rdv et qu'on a des enfants. Il aurait été plus correct de rectifier l'annonce.

Ce qu il faut ou il faut

Accueil très agréable, le propriétaire est disponible pour souhaiter la bienvenue à l arrivée et pour dire au revoir au départ. Logement avec deux grandes chambres aux étages. Il y a tout ce qu il faut, logement très propre. Mention spéciale pour le petit jardin, un vrai coin de paradis.

Magnifique, l'endroit , le gîte de très très bon goût jusque dans les détails, accueil très sympa, je reviendrais mais sans mon trop vieux chien et plus léger. Week-end à L’île de Batz

Drôle de propriétaire qui nous reçoit le vendredi vers 16h et qui nous demande de partir le dimanche à 10h . Un bon coup de fraîcheur dans la maison ne serait pas du luxe . Sinon bonne literie .

Ambiance très cosy de la petite maison avec une jolie déco. Très propre. Au calme proche des commerces. M Coadou, le proriètaire est discret et très sympa, il prend plaisir à parler de l’île et de son histoire et de l’histoire de sa famille. Parfait pour un couple.

propriétaire: agréable et bon guide touristique de l ile. Le logement est très bien situé avec une épicerie juste à la porte. Prévoyez une petite marche de 15 minutes du débarcadere jusqu'au logement. Séjour reposant.

Maisonnette atypique très bien équipée, très bien placée pour parcourir l'île à pied. Un petit intérieur à la décoration vintage et marine qui nous invite au repos après les heures de balades.

Deux semaines magnifiques dans cette adorable petite maison de pêcheur au cœur du bourg ... Idéalement située dans l’île. À proximité des plages, de l’épicerie et des belles balades. La maison est bien équipée. On s’y sent bien et on y est très bien accueilli par Joël... Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Joël accueille très bien ses hôtes, il est de très bons conseils sur son île qu'il connaît sur le bout des doigts. Maison très agreable pour une famille avec deux enfants. Tout le confort à disposition. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location.
