"Ligging is zeer goed. Vlak bij strand en zee. Het huis is goed in orde. Hier en daar is er wat opfrissing nodig. Pannen en potten zijn aan vervanging toe. Voor kinderen is er een leuk spannet, wel boven de eettafel. Je moet af en toe wat zand op tafel toelaten.Algemeen: tevreden!"
