"Apartment felt dirty, fan in kitchen was broken, when turned on it blew dust everywhere and was hanging off. Corridor is pretty noisy. We weren’t there for long so it was bearable for the weekend."

6 mins walk to stafion fr Nice airport and public beachesa andt mins from Croisette but that is overcrowded flashy nonsense. Close to cool restaurants on Rue Hoche 5 star hotel pretending to be 3 star !

The hotel was very good and the staff was very helpful. The only thing that was not excellent was the wifi – for some inexplicable reason it switched off every single night at 12:06am and the staff had no idea as to why this happens. I recommend using the hotel's C Beach Club at the Plage de la Croisette ... the service there is superb and the food delicious.

Fantastic location for beach, shopping & restaurants. Lovely friendly staff. Good gym and showering facilities. Nice pool and very comfortable loungers. Also comfortable chairs on patio and in lobby area. Definitely a hotel I'd stay in again. Great for last day as you can shower in gym after pool or beach. The most central location you can get.

Great location - 5 minutes from the beach and even closer to restaurants. Staff were really lovely and very helpful. Having a pool is excellent. Reports of the big hill are really exaggerated. My room was small (quite usual in this location) & fairly basic. Really enjoyed my stay thanks.
