Fantastic Stay

The house is beautiful and wonderfully appointed - even better than the pictures would have you believe. Location is fantastic - minutes from downtown Aveiro, two big supermarkets and the beaches, but still in a residential neighborhood. Our host Adelaide was so friendly and helpful and made the stay that much better. 10/10 - would definitely recommend.

Wir waren 14 Tage da, das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und groß. Neu renoviert, sauber, viele Zimmer und Bäder. Auch der Wunsch vom Kinderbett und Stuhl wurde erfüllt. Dennoch gibts Kritikpunkte: einen angepriesenen Whirlpool gibt es definitiv nicht, auch zum Strand sind es mehr als die 2 km die drin stehen. Zum laufen zu weit. Der Garten sieht leider nicht so aus wie auf dem Bild, eine große Enttäuschung, verwildert und nicht betretbar, muss dringend aufgeräumt werden, bitte aufpassen wer kleine kinder hat. Es könnten in den bädern auch Lampen angebracht werden, in mindestens 2 hängen nur birnen von der decke. Grosses Problem war für lich und meine Familie auch die ständig zu jeder Zeit bellenden hunde der gesamten Nachbarschaft. Stundenlang und wirklich störend. Wie eine andere Familie bereits schrieb, es war kein ruhiger erholsamer Urlaub. Fussläufig ist in dem ort nichts, ausser ein Minimarkt wo man das nötigste bekommt, ein cafe und zu einem kinderspielplatz mindestens 15 bis 20 min laufen.... ich würde nicht wieder kommen, weil die lage nicht optimal ist.

nous avons été surpris agréablement par la maison, très bien meublée, le gout pour la décoration, la cuisine très bien équipée, chambres spacieuses avec bonne literie par contre si je peux me permette de vous suggerer de prévoir une table de jardin avec chaises dans la cour afin de profiter du soleil (pour apéro par exemple) car dans la véranda il faisait froid. AUTREMENT PARFAITAdélaide est très agréable, très disponible et à notre écoute si besoins Madame LIMA Jacqueline

Casa estupenda en zona tranquila

La casa es estupenda, con cuatro dormitorios grandes con camas dobles, uno de ellos con baño, otro baño para los otros tres, y un baño más en la planta baja. La cocina tiene de todo, junto a un salón-comedor amplio y otro salón de estar, todo nuevo y limpio. Se pueden meter al menos tres coches en el patio. Detrás hay un "jardín" descuidado, pero agradable para estar allí. Adelaide, el ama de llaves, ha sido muy amable y atenta. El lugar está algo apartado, hay que ir en coche a los sitios, a la compra, etc.

Située en plein lotissement, il s’agit d’une maison mitoyenne. Elle a été réhabilitée récemment et présente bien. En revanche, il y a un problème d’odeurs résiduelles dans les salles d’eau. Les quatre chambres sont équipées de la même literie très molle, nous n’avons pas pu choisir en fonction du matelas. Plus ennuyeux, si vous souhaitez vous reposer, les voisins vous rappellent qu’il faut oublier : Coq à partir de 5 heures du mat’ dans la maison de gauche, partout des chiens qui aboient jour et nuit, on se croirait dans une chasse à cours. Sans oublier le gamin capricieux des voisins de droite qui hurle dès qu’il a le nez dehors. De plus nous avions choisi cette maison car sa liste d’équipements nous présentait un bain à remous et sa situation devait être en front de mer. …. Déception, pas de jacuzzi et la mer à 6 kilomètres. Peut-être faudrait-il vérifier de temps à autres les dires de loueurs. Enfin, nous avons entendu parler d’Adélaïde qui devait nous contacter à notre arrivée, mais pas de son, pas d’image. Nous n’avons vu personne, ni à notre arrivée, ni au départ. Nous regrettons véritablement d’avoir loué ici. Nos vacances sont en partie gâchées, mais heureusement que le Portugal et ses habitants sont majoritairement extraordinaires. Ce pays reste notre destination de prédilection.

Très bel hébergement

Maison offrant de très belles prestations, très agréable et très propre. La réservation s'est très bien passée. La propriétaire est facilement joignable. Nous avons été accueillis à notre arrivée par une personne très sympathique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La situation géographique de la maison dans cette petite ville très agréable est appréciable (5mn de la mer et avec toutes les commodités) et à proximité de Aveiro qui est une jolie ville. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Maison très propre grande et très bien équipée. Elle est décorée avec goût. A proximité de beaucoup de jolies villes (Aveiro Coimbra Porto) nous avons pu profiter d'un séjour incroyable ! Plages à côté (Costa Nova et Barra) pratique avec des enfants. Pour résumer notre séjour, nous avons été agréablement surpris de l'emplacement et de la qualité des prestations de la maison! Les propriétaires sont également très gentils accueillants et à notre écoute. Séjour au top!

Maison très spacieuse, bien organisée, bien située

Nous étions 7 au départ et avons été rejoints en milieu de séjour par une huitième personne. Uniquement des adultes de 18 à 50 ans. La maison, bien que mitoyenne des deux côtés, est très calme. Les 4 chambres sont spacieuses, plutôt bien insonorisées : une suite parentale avec sa propre SDB/WC et 3 autres chambres avec une SDB/WC en face. 2 autres SDB/WC en rdc. La pièce à vivre est très grande, ouverte sur une cuisine très bien équipée. Un salon TV à part permet de s'isoler si on le souhaite. Il y a une sorte de cuisine d'été, abritée, et une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Tout est très propre et bien entretenu, la personne qui nous a accueillis parle bien le français et est très sympathique. Nous avions 2 véhicules, que nous avons pu rentrer dans la propriété qui est bien clôturée. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le jardin, qui est derrière la maison. La situation de la maison est parfaite : à 1H de l'aéroport de Porto, à moins de 10 minutes des plages, de la lagune, d'Aveiro, à 1H20 du pont d'Arouca. De nombreux très bons restaurants à proximité, et pas mal de visites et activités à faire (musée d'Aveiro, Moliceiros, location de vélos, surf...). Un Intermarché à 4 minutes, un grand Auchan à 10 minutes, une boulangerie à 4 minutes. Un seul tout petit bémol pour nous, qui avons l'habitude de lits fermes : les matelas de 3 chambres sont très mous. Mais c'est vraiment un détail. Séjour d'une semaine parfait à tous points de vue, et la maison y a été pour beaucoup.

Bonita casa mas exteriores mal mantidos e limpeza deixa desejar.

Casa muito bonita, estava muito bem decorada, com muito espaço e a localizaçao tambèm era boa. Tinhamos tambèm um exterior com muito espaço. Foi pena o jardim estar muito mal mantido, os espaços exteriores nao estavam nada limpos, as esperguiçedeiras estavam num monte e sujas, è pena para uma casa com aquelas qualidades. Tambèm era bom fazer um esforço na limpeza da casa. De resto foi uma boa estadia.

Afgewezen vakantie

Woning geboekt en BETAALD! Daarna krijg ik melding van de eigenaar dat de woning helaas niet beschikbaar is en hij zelf in deze week gebruik maakt van de woning. Ik krijg zijn gedeelte van het geld teruggestort, maar het gedeelte van VRBO moet ik zelf maar terug zien te verhalen. Dit probeer ik nu al een hele poos. Mails wordt niet op gereageerd, telefonisch krijg ik niemand in mijn taal en via de chat werkt al helemaal niet! Uiteindelijk met veel gedoe, toch nog iemand (vanuit Azië) in het Engels kunnen bereiken, maar geen gevolg meer op gehoord! Dus maar weer aan de gang!! Hopeloos!
