"We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would happily return. Vicky was extremely communicative throughout, and Christina, who looked after our check-in and check-out, was also incredibly friendly and helpful.One suggestion for future guests would be to mention before arrival that Christina can arrange a grocery shop. We had already made alternative arrangements, so couldn't access the villa beforehand to stock the fridge. Knowing this in advance would have made our arrival even smoother.The villa is brilliantly located, just a six-minute walk to Cala Vedella, one of Ibiza's loveliest bays. The walk back is a fairly energetic 15-minute climb, but being able to walk to the beach is a real bonus. There's also a well-stocked supermarket and several good restaurants nearby.The villa is exceptionally well equipped and has a genuine, homely feel. It offers everything needed for a family holiday, including a large kitchen upstairs, a second kitchen downstairs, two washing machines, two tumble dryers, two fridges and two freezers. The views from the upstairs balcony are superb.We visited during the July 2026 heatwave, so it was exceptionally hot, but the pool was a great size for cooling off, and the pool toys provided for the children were a lovely touch.Overall, we had an excellent holiday. This was our 15th visit to Ibiza and we've stayed in many villas over the years, so the fact we'd happily stay here again is probably the strongest recommendation we can give."

"Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Bart en Cati. Het huis, de foto’s en overige informatie komt precies overeen met hoe de woning is. Ruime kamers, grote keuken en heerlijke buitenruimte. Wat een prachtige zonsopkomst heb je hier. Absoluut een aanrader!"

"The villa was perfect, great garden area, good size rooms and enough seating for everyone.Jonathan was so helpful with us having to get there early and super fast communication when we had any questions. There was also a cot and toys set up for the kids which was very thoughtful.The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset from and have some drinks, the jacuzzi is small but fab and the day bed is perfect.The community pool is just outside the backdoor and there wasn't anyone else using it when we were there.The area is great for family's, easy to drive to, lots of parking and a very close walk to the beach. There is also a great supermarket nearby that has a lot of options. Probably easier to pre book taxis if you're looking for a night out but there is also the buses that are great for getting around.Great stay, looking forward to going back"

It was beautiful, perfectly maintained, and exactly as advertised, but what really made the experience unforgettable was the level of hospitality. We genuinely felt looked after throughout our entire stay.If you're looking for a luxury villa in Ibiza with hosts who truly care about creating an incredible experience, look no further.
