"The location is good to visit Strasbourg. The staff was very nice and they helped us with any our requests. The room was large with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The breakfast was great with a lot of food variety, and it was well organized."

"Overall, hotel is quite dated, the bathrooms were refurbished and actually really nice! Unfortunately our room was filled with Asian bugs (ladybugs) which wasn’t nice! Unfortunately they charge you for everything, including coffee downstairs, they charge you to reserve a spot to use facilities and also charge for water as well! For the price we paid during December it was quite expensive"
