"고객으로 대접받는다는 느낌 보다는 호텔주인이 뭔가 손해보면서 객식구 재워주는 듯한 떨떠름한 대우. 시설을 이용하기 이전에 제일 처음 대하는 곳이 리셉션이고 직원입니다. 최소한의 호텔리어 마인드가 없는 호텔이었습니다. 어디 싸구려 여인숙에 묶다 나오는 사용자가 된 느낌이었습니다. 재방문은 앞으로 발생하지.않을겁니다."

"눈이 많이 오던 날 임용고시 시험을 앞두고 이 호텔에 숙박하게 되었습니다. 폭설로 인해 택시가 안 잡혀 발동동 구르고 있었는데 호텔에서 직접 시험장까지 차량으로 데려다주셔서 큰 도움을 받았습니다. 감사해요 🥹❤️ 수험생 입장에서 정말 너무너무 감사한 마음이 컸습니다 🚗❄️ 직원분들 모두 정말 친절하게 응대해 주셨고, 시험을 앞두고 있다는 점을 이해해 주셔서 정말 짱이었어요. 과하지 않으면서도 필요한 부분을 세심하게 챙겨 주셔서 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다 🙂 객실은 깔끔하고 조용해 시험 전날 휴식하기에 좋았고, 침구와 난방 상태도 만족스러웠습니다. 주변에 스터디 카페 갈까 싶었는데 방 안에 책상이 있어서 방안에서도 공부할 수 있었어요! 전체적으로 시설 관리가 잘 되어 있어 불편함 없이 이용할 수 있었습니다. 중요한 날에 실질적인 도움을 받을 수 있었던 호텔이라 더 기억에 남습니다. 친절한 서비스와 안정적인 시설을 갖춘 곳으로, 상황에 맞는 배려가 인상 깊었던...

"Very convenient area to stay, many Korean restaurants, and convenience stores are around there. Room was cleaned well and I liked the size of bath tub."

"Great little hotel. We don't eat pork so they made us a vegetarian Gimbap with double egg for breakfast. Rooms are spacious, modern, and clean."

"Very nice hotel that’s close to the train station. Not many high end restaurants close by but if you have a car, no problem. The train station is the origination place of a Mokpo city tour bus. Worth it."
