Sehr gemütliches Hotel, das Frühstück war ein Genuß und hatte für jeden was dabei. Der Spa-Bereich zwar nicht sehr groß, aber top! Mit kostenfreien Getränken, Essenskarte, stündlichen Sauna-Aufgüssen und Kaminzimmern zum Entspannen. Lage auch super, im Wald und keine 10 Fahrminuten von Ilmenau entfernt.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit kleinen Fehlern! Schönes Zimmer, perfektes Frühstück! Das angebotene WLAN funktioniert leider nicht auf dem Zimmer, sondern wirklich nur im Rezeptionsbereich. Das Zimmer und Bad machte einen sauberen Eindruck leider fand ich bei der Abreise fremde Socken unter dem Bett und noch irgendein anderen "Fremdkörper". Des weiteren ist es unmöglich in einem Waldhotel mit extra Parkgebühren zur Kasse zu bitten, denn man ist weder in einer Innenstadt und Parkplatzmangel liegt hier wirklich nicht vor! Müssen die Wellness- und Restaurantbesucher auch zahlen? Gaube nicht! Also Fazit, schönes Hotel was Luft nach oben hat!

Das Bad war in einen historischen Zustand aus den frühen 90igern. Die Gastronomie war an diesem Tag offensichtlich ein wenig überfordert. Nur Abendbuffet da a`la carte wegen hohen Andrangs nicht möglich. Der SPA-Bereich sauber und bei wenigen Liegemöglichkeiten etwas eng und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Schwimmbad sehr schön! Freundliches Personal die sich sehr bemüht haben die Situation noch zu retten. Gesamteinschätzung ist es kein 4* Ambiente wenn es auch die Preise suggerieren wollen! MfG

Tolles Spa Hotel, Alleinlage auf Berg im Wald. Gehobenes Ambiente, extrem ruhig - infolge Lage. Premiumzimmer top. Auch Komfortzimmer toll renoviert. Standardzimmer noch nicht renoviert! Besser höhere Qualtät buchen. Ich hatte Premiumzimmer. Spa nicht benutzt, soll aber klasse sein. Frühstück bietet alles inkl. frische Zubereitung durch Koch. Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden - 4€/Tag. Restaurant soll auch hervorragend sein - selbst nicht genutzt.
