A nice stay: a good location close to the national park, friendly staff, good food and decent room. We would have liked a fridge in the room and darker curtains that could block out the light.

Getting a bit dated

Hotel in a lovely quiet location, but the services needs an upgrade. There’s no elevator, so don’t pack to heavily, or have elderly people in your party. There’s no fridge in the rooms, there’s no tea or coffeemaker in the room. There’s no plug/outlet in the bathroom for shaver etc. The Wi-Fi is very slow, and often interrupted The rooms are generally of a good size, and the beds firm and comfortable, but not very well utilized or decorated. Old small tv`s. The breakfast buffet is very good, a bit more variation between days would be nice. The evening buffet (on days they offer one) is not worth the price, there are much better options in the town below.

Die Unterkunft (tolle Suite) war sehr schön, sehr schöne ruhige Lage und auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Es stehen kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Abzug gibt es nur für die Dame an der Rezeption, die ihren Frust kurz vor Feierabend (aufgrund Personalmangels) dann an den Gästen auslässt, weil sie Feierabend machen möchte und zwar in einer Art und Weise, die leider gar nicht ging (wir hoffen mal, Sie hatte nur einen schlechten stressigen Tag und kann sonst netter Kommunizieren).

Hotellet har tydeligvis været flot og fremragende engang, men synes idag forsømt, hvilket er trist. Rengøringen på fællesarealerne var meget mangelfuld og værelserne var ikke meget bedre. Morgenmadsbuffeten var tilfredsstillende, men ingenlunde imponerende. Receptionen er sporadisk bemandet, hvillet der skiltes fint med, men det gør det svært at addressere behov eller ligefrem at checke ud. Ved afregning kan man benytte sig af hotellets app, men regningen var ikke frigivet og vi måtte vente på at receptionen åbnede kl 9, førend vi kunne checke ud. Det var lidt træls, da vi havde planlagt at køre kl 8. Beliggenheden er imidlertid skøn, med skoven direkte bag hotellet, med flere skønne naturstier.

Mooi hotel in het midden van de natuur. Zeer ruime en nette kamer. Grote badkamer. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Restaurant in de vorm van buffet: zeer ruime keuze en bijzonder lekkere bereidingen. Dit buffet hoort zeker in de betere klasse. Het ontbijt uffet is één van de beste in de klasse van het hotel. De parking is zeer ruim. Hotel aan te bevelen.

Hotellet ligger precis på randen till naturreservatet och man kan påbörja vandringar direkt från hotellet. Vårt rum var stort och bekvämt. Frukostbuffé och kvälls buffé var mycket omfattande och välsmakande. Bra parkering i anslutning till htellet

Leider hst der telefonische Checkin nicht so geklappt wie besprochen, da bei Ankunft kein Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe lag. Es gibt aber eine Notrufnummer. Nach dem vielen Versuchen war dann im dritten Safe ein Zimmerschlüssel. Am nächsten Tag stellte ich fest, dass das Zimmer nicht gemacht wurde. Nach Nachfrage bei der Rezeption fragte man mich ob ich eine Reinigungskarte abgegeben hätte. Naja ok ein Schlüssel war ja im Safe... Reinigungskarte ... keine Ahnung. Ansonsten denke ich dass das Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Besonders die Duschkabine müsste mal vom Schwarzen Schimmel befreit werden. Störend für ein Wellness Hotel finde ich auch dass nach Schliessung der Bar um 22:00 Uhr die leeren Getränkekästen draussen gestapelt werden und dass morgens um 8:00 der Lieferant mit dem Kühlauto vor dem Zimmerfenster auslädt. Ich fand es also insgesamt zu teuer für die Gegenleistung.

Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Bei der Ankunft und der Abreise, sagt der Gast Danke. Gastfreundlicher und professioneller Empfang ist scheinbar nicht gewollt bzw. nicht vorhanden. Bei diesem großen Haus musste eine 1 Dame alle Frühstücksgäste betreuen. Hier freut sich der Chef, der auf Kosten der Mitarbeitenden Gewinn macht. Keine Verdunkelung der Fenster möglich und in der Dusche schwarze Stellen. Schade wie der Chef scheinbar weit weg ist oder kein Hotelier mit Dienstleistungsgedanken am Kunden ist.

Wir hätten etwas mehr Infos gehabt. Evtl. Eine Mappe mit folgendem: wo finden wir den Frühstücksraum, die Sauna, usw. Von wann bis wann ist was geöffnet. Wo findet man sein Zimmer. Man musste alles erfragen.
