"The room was clean and spacious, and very comfortable overall. Everything seemed to be in good working order. I have no complaints about the room. The front desk attendant, Andre, was also very nice, friendly, funny, and very accommodating. He took his job seriously and actually seemed to enjoy doing it. Great guy! "

"The staff was friendly and helpful but the beds were uncomfortable, the tub was broken, shower was strong so I can excuse that. The pool area was hot and smelly. The dresser was tapped up. "

"The room carpet needs better vacuuming, there were a lot of lady bugs up against the walls. There was no room clean up, which I don’t understand why that is industry standard nowadays to have to specifically request for room service. People pay more for less service. The gym was serviceable, but pretty dirty as well. There was still a $10 fee for breakfast. This place was okay, there are at least a good amount of restaurants in the same shopping complex as the hotel. They have free bottled water, warm cookies and coffee in the mornings."
