  • The 'Apartment ehemalige Backstube' is located in Immenstaad am Bodensee and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 90 m² basement apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms—one with a French bed and sofa bed, the other with a double bed—and 1 bathroom. The apartment accommodates 7–8 guests. It is in an annex and has its own entrance to your basement unit. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A shared terrace in front of the house is also available.



    The gallery with lounge area is in the main building.

    This holiday home features a shared open terrace in front of the house, perfect for relaxing evenings. Public transport is just a 2-minute walk away and can be used free of charge with the Echt-Bodensee Card.



    Important information for group bookings or large families: The apartments "Apartment in der Stube" on the ground floor, "Apartment Auszeit" on the first floor, and "Suite Heustadel" on the second floor are connected by internal stairs and can be combined. You can book the entire half of the house or, for example, "Apartment Auszeit" with "Suite Heustadel."



    There are 11 parking spaces in total. The basement has an e-bike charging station. Up to three dogs are allowed for an extra charge. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The entrance door is under video surveillance.

Super Gastgeber und tolle Soutarrain-Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung ist im Souterrain und war trotzdem hell, wohnlich, perfekt kühl (Außentemperaturen 32 Grad). Sie ist gepflegt, sehr großzügig und mit einer tollen Küche ausgestattet. Die Betten sind Doppelbetten und haben eine sehr gute Qualität. Bei der Einrichtung wurde an alles gedacht. Das Haus ist ein altes Fachwerkhaus und sieht einfach nur traumhaft aus! Der Eingangsbereich ist mit kostenlosen Snacks, Schnäpsen, Likören und kostenpflichtigen Weinflaschen, gekühlten Softdrinks, Bier ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Küche/Großer Sitzgelegenheit. Im Eingangsbereich sind sehr viele Flyer/Infomöglichkeiten ausgelegt. Ebenso liebevoll vor dem Haus eine Gartengarnitur mit Sonnenschirm. Parkplatz gibts am Haus oder 2 Minuten Gehzeit ums Eck. Die Vermieter Melli und Sebastian sind offen, super freundlich und leben im Haus. Also super, wenn man etwas braucht. Für uns wars eine perfekte FeWo! Haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Cons: Es gab nichts, was uns gestört hat.
