Lovingly and brightly renovated 60sqm apartment right on the Mittag-Bahn (about 100m away). Immenstadt offers great leisure facilities ranging from hiking, swimming, surfing, sailing, water skiing, climbing park and summer toboggan run (largest in Germany), an indoor pool with sauna, shopping and restaurants to excellent toboggan and skiing opportunities and bike paths.
The pretty center with restaurants, cinema and several shops can be reached in 10 minutes.
There is plenty of space for kids to play and play in the yard.
Pets are also welcome.

The tourism and spa fee is included in the room rate.

The amount includes the Allgäu-Walser card, which you will receive on location. It can thus be used one or the other benefit. Further information can be found on the internet.

Wir waren eine halbe Stunde dort,haben uns dann eine andere Wohnung gesucht. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin war unhöflich, arrogant. Hat uns unterstellt wir hätten nur nach dem Preis geschaut, da die Wohnung laut ihrer Aussage die billigste in Immenstadt ist. Angeblich hat sie morgens sauber gemacht. Auf die Sauberkeit möchte ich nicht eingehen.

Super Komfort & Ausstattung, vor allem für Kinder inkl. Spielzeug & Spiele. Ideale Ausgangslage: Bäcker 5 Fußminuten, Lidl 10 Fußminuten, Lift direkt vor Ort. Kleine Anmerkung, die für uns nicht entscheidend war: Wohnung liegt im 2.OG ohne Fahrstuhl. Eigentümer sehr freundlich, kann die Fewo sehr empfehlen.

Es war in Ordnung

DIe Wohnung ist sauber, macht aber einen renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck und wirkt runtergewohnt. Manche Türen klemmen beispielsweise. Die Küche ist alt, aber dennoch praktikabel. Der Herd ist langsam, die Kaffeemaschine sollte ausgetauscht werden, das Besteck nachgebessert, ein Nudelsieb wäre sinnvoll. Aber für einen kurzen Besuch mit kleinen Kindern ist sie in Ordung (für größere sind die Kinderbetten zu klein), da auch genügen Spielsachen vorhanden sind und die Multimedia problemlos funktioniert. Die Nähe zur Bergbahn ist super, wenn das Wetter mitspielt.

Der Gesamtzustand des Objekts war eher schlecht. Bezahlt war für 4 Personen, vorbereitet für 1, d.h. 3 Personen überzahlt. Dies ist den Vermietern transparent, ausser einer lauwarmen Entschuldigung kam aber kein Rückerstattungsangebot. Ganz im Gegenteil, die Reinigungskraft hat mich noch angeschnauzt. Definitv keine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Familienurlaub Stadtwohnung, trotzdem direkt an Bergbahn

Buchung und Kontakt liefen problemlos. Auf Fragen wurde zeitnah geantwortet. Hierfür ein extra Lob. Check in / out klappt prima. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet am Stadtrand, direkt an der Liftstation Mittag. Mehrfamilienhaus mit vielen kleinen Kindern. Wer da ein Problem mit hat, sollte die Wohnung definitiv nicht buchen. Die Wohnung an sich bekommt von mir 4 von 5 Sternen. Grundsätzlich ist sie sehr gut ausgestattet. Abzüge gibt es, weil bei Anreise Spinnweben da waren. Ansonsten aber Säuberung! Und sämtliche Fenster und Türen eine technische Überholung dringend benötigen. Schließen ohne Knall nicht möglich. Öffnen teilweise nur zu kippen. Und das Bad ist sehr altbacken. Das sollte dringend mal renoviert werden.

Pfingsturlaub

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Betten sind sehr gut, die Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt durch einen Schlüsselsafe und ist dadurch unkompliziert. Einziges Manko, die Kinder im Haus sind morgens schon sehr früh wach, und kleine Löffel sind Mangelware.

Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein älteres Gebäude, wobei viele Renovierungsarbeiten bereits erledigt sind. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei - für viele Gäste heute sehr wichtig. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Schön ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Die Küche lässt nichts vermissen und hält alles bereit. Zudem ist die Wohnung groß. Egal ob Fernseher, Bluetooth Box, Backofen, Kaffemaschine, Internet - alles TipTop. Hinweis: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit vielen Kindern. Deshalb ist es zumindest tagsüber nicht allzu leise. Abends dafür aber umso mehr.
