    Beach Club

    The beach club is a three storey private, gated complex. The Beach Club is a U-shaped building that is located on the sand, no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It has its own heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, and barbecue facilities in the spacious garden atrium.

    Your unit #101 is a bright, fresh, and very functional 3 bedroom Holiday Rental, with an extra large sunny southwest exposure terrace for private sun swimming and dinners. The terrace overlooks the ocean and beautiful Dunes Park and a wonderful childrens playground. The living room and master bedroom face the ocean.

    Relax in a quaint beach town, stroll on the quiet beach. Walk on the old fishing pier, and bring your rod and bait! Excellent surfing! Watch or participate! A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 25 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, San Diego Embarcadero, San Diego Convention Centre, fabulous desert or mountain drives, Mexico, and all that the sophisticated city of San Diego has to offer!

The whole experience was perfect and exactly as it was pictured and described. The doors were right out to the beach and at night you could hear the waves against the shore. It was roomy for all 7 of us and even had all that was needed to make meals. There was more than enough towels even for the beach! We will be staying here again and making it apart of itenerary each time! Thank you to the hosts for answering our questions timely and for such a well taken care of home for our vacation stay!!!! And Yes for the weather in August the AC worked wonders!!!!

Property has essentials needed for a weekend getaway. We found a blow up mattress in the master closet that would have been handy and we attempted to use it but it didn’t hold air. I booked this rental with the plans of spending one day boogie boarding right there in the ocean but was never told Imperial Beach is unsafe to swim in due to sewage contamination. Not being able to swim in the ocean threw a wrench in our weekend plans but we adapted. I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t care about swimming and just enjoys the scenic view bc the view is absolutely stunning.

Was clean, sadly washer or dryer was not to standard glass on balcony.

The cleanliness and view was good. However, there was mold in washer and dryer smelled like it was burning and we needed to use both. Saw roaches and sadly there was broken glass on balcony when we first arrived and my 7 year old was cut. Maintenance found silverfish and states they did see roaches but they were there. I got a $83 refund but would expect more given the circumstances. Thank you

You would be nuts to not stay here. This was a well-equipped condo with a killer view. Beds were comfortable and location was close to restaurants. I can’t wait to come back!

The property was great. Very comfortable. If you want to spend significant time at the beach you may want to pick a location not so close to the border. The beach was closed for most of our stay due to contaminates from Mexico being dumped into the ocean.

Our family vacation was wonderful. The unit was exactly as advertised, conveniently situated near a convenience store and numerous restaurants. The pool was clean, well maintained and nicely blocked from a cool breeze. Immediate access tot he beach was wonderful as well.

Excellent location. Property was exactly as described. Loved the coffee shop at the bottom of the stairs. Walking distance to many restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Beach views were amazing! Definitely in our plans for a return visit.

Gorgeous view! Kid friendly!

Imperial Beach

Great location, property was nice, very secure. Walking distance to some great local restaurants. Obviously property right on the beach so great views, grounds and facility was very nice and well maintained. The condo I rented was a little dated but CLEAN so for the price it was fine. But building had very nice secure parking garage for up to 2 vehicles. Location is Awesome, great local business' very short walk. Definitely will be returning.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the amenities were excellent. The property was very clean, we loved the pool, and having two designated parking spaces was a huge bonus.We visit Imperial Beach every year, and this was one of our favorite places to stay. The only disappointment was the washer. It had a strong musty odor, so we weren't comfortable using it and ended up taking our clothes to a laundromat instead.Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean, well appointed, and right on the beach. We enjoyed restaurants within an easy walk. The instructions for the door and garage were clear and when we had a minor issue it was taken care of right away. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved are little beach front condo. It had a sand volleyball net out front so we quickly picked up a volleyball and played almost everyday. We also walked the beach everyday searching for shells. We visited Coronado, La Jolla, and Pacific beach on the trip but our beach in Imperial had the best shells. We loved it and will definitely be back!
